Great house with a lot of security and no noise because it is a cul-de-sac and all with high walls, bringing a lot of tranquility and privacy to the guests. We have an artesian well with wonderful water, and parking space for up to 3 cars. Well located in the center of Guabiruba, close to everything, quiet, with no traffic and family-friendly. We have a bakery 200 meters away.
