We have an artesian well with wonderful water, and parking space for up to 3 cars. Well located in the center of Guabiruba, close to everything, quiet, with no traffic and family-friendly. We have a bakery 200 meters away.

There are 3 external cameras on the property: one is in front of the house; the other is in the garage; and the last is near the entrance to the property.
