yannick is an extremely kind , responsive host, giving information about nearby activities, committed to offering quality, clean, beautifully decorated, tastefully decorated quality homes. The bedding is quality , linens is also the linens. We were charmed by the place , the panorama , the spa in the evening facing the sunset over the sea and Yannick's kindness. The stay went perfectly! The accommodation was impeccable, as described, and very pleasant. The hosts were at their best: welcoming, available and attentive. The pool is also nice and peaceful, we would definitely recommend this place:)

A very pleasant stay in this magical and soothing place

This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

This is a very nice place close to some very nice beaches and close to some restaurants and stores. The house is an excellent place for large families where everybody has its own place though good familiy areas. Stephane was very responsive, helpfull and friendly.

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

The house is really beautiful and very nicely decorated. It's even nicer than the pictures! The rooms are very comfortable and the terrace/pool area is just amazing! The climb to the house is a bit rough, but it is 2 minutes from a highway that makes travel quite easy. Communication with the owner was very smooth, she even advised us on a nanny so that we could have our children looked after for half a day. We would highly recommend it!

We stayed at Sylvie's with the family . The space is spacious , (consistent with the photos ) well equipped and the pool is great! And the main thing: the view!!!! Sylvie and her husband are responsive and attentive hosts. I recommend it!

We had an absolutely fabulous 10 days stay! The house is beautiful and what to say about the view!! Julie received us with great attention, we felt right at home. The house is comfortable, fully equipped and well ventilated. The pool, although small, was perfect for the kids. Probably the best Airbnb we've had for life:)

We had great family vacations at this villa! On site we had everything we needed, and we were able to enjoy the large terrace as much as the pool with the kids. The hosts are very honest, helpful, accurate and pleasant people. The place is really nice and well organized, nothing is really missing. The place is close to all the amenities and beaches of Gozier and Saint Anne and the high rise location makes it quiet and calm. Pensos is truly the ideal place for a holiday in Guadeloupe.

We had a lovely stay at Nanou's house. A quiet and peaceful place, not overlooked. The pool is very nice as well as the terrace where we had good evenings. A place we recommend and could come back to.

The location of the villa is amazing. A few minutes walk from the paradise beach Le Roux, we were able to enjoy many aperitifs on the beach with our young children thanks to this proximity. In addition, Deshaies was a favorite for its central location for various types of family activities (zoo, botanical garden, Acomat jump, crayfish waterfalls and so on). And what to say about the impeccable villa which includes the essentials for a successful stay, swimming pool, air A/C in the bedrooms, inviting living space and privacy with the neighbors. I highly recommend it! Cédric and Gaelle were always available and good tips to answer any questions we had.
