We only allow one small pet. It is prohibited for the pet to walk on the condominium lawn, whether on a leash or with its owner, and doing so is subject to a fine! The complex has a clean, tree-lined garden that leads guests to the beach! From the living room, you can see the lawn and hear the birds singing, and you can even hear the sound of the sea!

The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
