Perfect Stay! The home was exactly as advertised, if not better! The attention to detail and the extra amenities that weren’t photographed were a wonderful surprise. It truly made the stay feel extra special. I wouldn’t change a thing. One note for future guests: it can be a little tricky to find via Google / Apple Maps at night, so I’d recommend trying to arrive before sundown to make the process smoother. Overall, a fantastic experience! Would definitely stay again. Thank You, Christina!

the place is exactly the same as the listing, they showed a lot of flexibility to receive me and Mrs. Socorro's service was excellent. the place is very nice, the bed is very comfortable, the only detail is the armchair a little uncomfortable to be in it for some time. everything is very clean, it's really worth staying in your stay

Great location. We stayed for a wedding that was taking place at instituto Allende, and the location was perfect. Very private.

We would love to stay again when we return to San Miguel! We checked out on a Sunday night at 2am on a holiday weekend, and the guest services representative, Esther Valderas, arranged a reliable private driver who showed up on time to drive us 1.5 hours to the airport in the middle of the night. This was the point in our travels that could have fallen apart, and I am so so grateful for Esther's clear communication and helpfulness!

Spectacular, spacious, and luxurious home. Beautiful courtyard and comfortable roof top. Walking distance to everything. Large kitchen with everything we needed. Laundry room as well. We were spoiled here. Management is easy to reach and very responsive. We highly recommend this home.

A good place to be quiet. Everything neat, clean and if anything was missing they were on the slope. Clean common areas, clean pool. I really liked it.

excellent stay, since we entered everything clean and pleasant, we loved to spend our place there, all as the photos and description of the place, the host in the order of any questions and explaining everything well. A very complete and beautiful house.

Very nice place, the hostess was super friendly. The only thing that wasn't so great was that the pool water was cold. I suggest you put some rags in the kitchen to clean with, there is nothing to clean the dining table or the kitchen counters with. Everything else was excellent.

The place is amazing, the cleanliness of the whole place is spotless and the use of amenities is a big plus, unfortunately the jacuzzi was under repair but that was out of the hands of our host. The site is comfortable, practical, it has everything for a pleasant stay.

Monica is very kind and friendly, she was always attentive to my messages, she helped me with the backpacks we brought to store them before check-in and gave us clear recommendations for tourism and supported me with taxi information to leave early the next day, thank you very much. The space has an incredible terrace to enjoy with the family, the space is big and has a very nice viewpoint.

The building is very well located. It took us 10 minutes to reach the center by car, a supermarket (HEB) 2 minutes away and lots of restaurants nearby. Overall we had a very good dining experience in the city. The apartment is very well equipped and delivered very clean. We feel safe with the security mechanisms they have to enter the building and the apartment. The pool is spectacular (better than the photos) and with the warm water. The only thing is that you have to book its use in advance, but this allows you to enjoy it with few people. Alma was very responsive to all our doubts and needs. We would definitely stay at this place again on a next visit to Queretaro.

The apartment is very conveniently located (near the central square of San Miguel). It has all the necessary utensils to feel comfortable, to be able to cook (if you want), heaters in the rooms (which are very useful at this time of year), permanent water in jugs, and good-sized rooms with comfortable beds. It was a very good choice to go with the family and enjoy San Miguel The only thing they should check is the access to hot water in the showers, which is limited (in the sinks and in the kitchen the hot water comes out well).

Really great experience for me and my family, the apartment is 10/10. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity, you feel at home for the comfort, amenities and certainly the toilet. Condominium with great amenities, easy and simple access to various places, you have supermarkets, restaurants, medical service, etc less than 5 minutes away. And the hosts are excellent, good communication and are attentive to everything.
