Vacation rentals with a kayak in Guánica

We originally booked two nights at Maritza’s house but ended up extending our stay to four because we enjoyed it so much. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and essentials like spices and olive oil, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the home cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras, like beach chairs, towels, snorkels, and a cooler—everything we needed for days out by the water. I would gladly stay at Maritza’s again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Amazing home with a gorgeous beach. Close to many of the best things to do in Mayaguez and Puerto Rico as a whole. Will most likely book when I go back this summer.

The place is super clean, it has everything you need for a quiet stay. Close to supermarket, places to eat, aware that it is in a rural place, but super good. Existing security is an A+, security doors and windows provide the visitor with unparalleled tranquility. It's a lot of good things I could say about the place. I recommend it.

Wilson and Christine were amazing hosts. We were there during Ernesto and they worked incredibly hard to make sure the property was ready for us in spite of the storm. They are extremely responsive and helpful as hosts and their property is exceptional. The apartments had everything we needed and more. Between the gazebo, firepit, kayaks, volleyball, and beachfront access, there was something for everyone. My family was comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyed every amenity that the property had to offer. We have already decided that we can't wait to return again for a longer stay.

If you want to relax and have quiet time this is the place. It’s just magical. Beautiful apartment with amazing and peaceful surroundings. Everything as advertised. The little details from the host were amazing (notes, wine, cookies). Great communication with the host, very responsive. Will stay again. Highly recommended.

Not everyone who goes to Puerto Rico seeks solitude. We did and Sammy’s place provided just that. It was a remarkable stay. I would be remiss not to mention that we experienced an island-wide power outage. Sammy provided a generator and was very attentive to our needs during that time. We ended up leaving a day early (our choice) as it was unclear how long the outage would last and the downstream issues that might occur at the airport. Sammy’s place provided exactly what he promised, and we had a lovely time.

This Airbnb was very beautiful, cozy, family friendly, super spacious, big and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Amamos mucho la terraza, el balcón y la piscina. We wanted to chill at the Airbnb more than being outside 😂 The host gave us good service if we needed anything to be fixed, like the grill and the dryer. Came through quick and was very friendly. The place was not too far from any stores and other places. Definitely recommending this place to other people. Thank you so much.

Carlos was an incredibly thoughtful and considerate host. His house was warm and inviting. Carlos checked in on us multiple times before we arrived due to in-climate weather. His house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the beach. Complete with amenities. My family and I felt welcome and comfortable. Thank you Carlos!

Antonio's place is a little paradise in a fishing village. the rest of the area is not great looking, but there are great fresh fish and lobster shops super close. the apt is super clean and so are the grounds around his place. You are right on the water surrounded by mangroves and docks. Lots of birds calling. One negative for me were the biting insects that left me with welts, but my husband didn't have this issue. Bug spray would have prevented this. Well worth the price because of location.

This our second time here and we absolutely love it! Super relaxing and great for big families. The beach is just superb.

Me and my family had a great time and the beach was amazing the cabin was beautiful and very clean.

This was a great place if you are seeking getaway with the basics. The very basics. There is not a common area to sit as this unit consist of a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Only recommendation I have is that if this unit sleeps 6 then invest in maybe 3 chairs instead of 2. Also, the chairs were very rusted. Lighting in the room was dark. the beach is very rocky and a good place to hang after a long day. For a bigger beach, where there are less rocks, a 5 min drive up the coast is where it is perfect. Overall, I would stay here again. I will always complain about the high Abnb cleaning fees when we have to take the garbage out, clean the dishes and collect the towels into a basket. sunsets are gorgeous in this spot. very quiet at night. overall great place.

A wonderful puerside stay with available kayaks. The swings, beach chairs, and outdoor furniture made this space an absolute bomb. Will recommend to friends and family.

Traveling with our two teenage daughters, we were all thrilled by the incredible backyard, which includes direct access to the Río Añasco. It was such a unique and special experience to relax by the river, listening to the sounds of nature all around us. The setting is truly one of a kind; peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for families or anyone looking to disconnect and recharge. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was easy, and their hospitality made the entire experience even better.
