Juanka casa was a pretty nice and rich experience in holguin although i wasn't able to complete my whole stay due to a personal schedule change. The room is indeed quite clean, centrally located in a peaceful area of the south center and close to parks and boutiques. In the context of rareness in the country the family was able to prepare some very tasty and original cuban foods. Thank you guys for everything and for your warm welcome as well !

We enjoyed our stay with Odalis. She was very kind and took good care of us. We enjoyed our room w rocking chairs on the balcony and would return again.

beautiful large casa right in the center of town! Rooftop view was great. Quick few minute walk to waterfront and city lookout point! Staff working were amazing. :)

We had a wonderful few days in Gibara with Ana. She was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. We were also able to talk very well in English and even a little in German. Bicycles for tours could be rented directly on the property. The place itself is beautiful and also invites you to a few relaxing minutes in the common area. If you don't want to go for a restaurant, be sure to eat on site. Ana's dinner was incredibly delicious and a welcome change of pace. A recommendation for everyone to spend a few nights here. I actually stay in Santiago during my stay in Cuba, but having to pay $160 USD for a taxi each way to Holguín airport, it made much more sense to stay in Holguín for a couple of days and take the Viazul bus for only 13 Euros each way. Everyone from the cleaning staff to Saili, the manager, were very cheerful and helpful. The apartment was fantastic in all aspects. The pool is cleaned daily, but as I was there in January during the cold spell, so I didn't go in. I was truly lucky to find such a gem. I will definitely be staying there every time I return to Cuba! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay here! The rooms were clean with good amenities, and the Airbnb was right in the city. The highlight of our stay was the host, Tony and his wife were incredibly helpful and kind. They made our birthday celebration there incredible!

Orlando and his family were great hosts for our brief stay in Holguin. He upgraded our room, served a generous fresh breakfast, arranged a taxi to the airport fornus, gave us a very handy pamphlet map for restaurants and activities - and had the Very Best WiFi in 3 weeks in Cuba!!

i spent 5 nights in the casa, Ricardo's family is very welcoming, Ricardo super nice and made sure I had a lovely vacation with my lover. We ate well and slept very well. The bathroom is very large with large hot water shower and everything. Climatic air and fan in the room, a large fridge with freezer that allowed us to always have ice water for our day at the beach. Walking distance from beautiful Guardalavaca beach. Several options for restaurants around the beach and on the beach as well. Most places only take cash so plan it either in Canadian or pesos but have cash. I got a little cash and a credit card only. in short for my part, I would go back to Ricardo anytime I am charmed to have met him. he helped me with everything I wanted, even rent a last minute car.

Arriving at night after a tortuous bus journey and bumpy taxi ride it was great to see the host standing on the steps ready to usher us in. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a good shower and so close to the sea you could hear the waves at night. Breakfasts were good, especially the home-made cheese as was the one dinner we had there. Yvan, the host couldn't have been more helpful or genuine during our stay. He gave us a lamp for when the electric went off, which was often, organized a barber and a taxi both at a good price and answered all our questions. There were quite a few mosquitoes around at nights so plenty of spray needed. The atmosphere of the casa was more like a good quality B&B with lots of nice little touches like fresh flowers in the room and wall murals. We very much enjoyed our stay and Yvan's hospitality.

This is a very recommendable place! The house is big and beautiful in the typical colonial style with a beautiful patio in which you can have breakfast, everything is very neat and clean. The hosts were helpful with everything and made us feel at home. Muchisimas gracias, Odalis!

The place is beautiful and Victor and Tania are great hosts! They welcomed us very warmly and invited us to a nice party and dinner with their friends. Communication was also very easy, as both English and Victor even speak German. However, we initially had trouble finding the place as there is also a "Villa Esperanza" in the village, which is a good distance away. However, the finca is very centrally located in the village and you can walk to the beautiful beach. We therefore 100% recommend the place!

The casa is in a very good location, close to the city center. The bedroom is spacious with a private bathroom and also a private equipped kitchen (rather rare usually in casas). The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and responsive on our various requests/questions. Thank you

Casa D'Luisa is really very clean, neat and quiet. Here you will really be treated extremely warmly and courteously. The Casa is max. 10-15min com beach away. There are also restaurants and bars. At the beach you can book some activities at relatively reasonable prices. I really liked it there and would go back there anytime. 😊😊
