Beautiful spot in Spello, the view was outstanding. Nice quiet location, very cool.

This is a stylish, well equipped, well located apartment that combines historical ambience and a modern vibe very well. Simone is a great host and makes it all effortless. There’s great attention to detail as well from a decent coffee machine, to olive oil and balsamic vinegar to sharp knives and nice wine glasses. A great place to stay in Assisi. Highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, bright, in a convenient location. The air conditioners work great and the apartment has everything you need. A comfortable, practical, clean, decorated and good apartment.

My friend and I had a wonderful week in Roberto’s place. He came to meet us at the railway station and we walked to the apartment. He was really helpful with recommendations. Thank you Roberto. We were right next to the railway, bus and mini metro stations. Lovely pizzeria called Murales 3 minutes walk. Lovely pasta too. Bruno even showed me one evening how to make Cacio e Pepe. Thank you Bruno. I would stay here again

The apartment is great, exactly as described in the listing. A little away from the historic center (about a 30 minute walk), but the path is pleasant. The host was very kind, left coffee and other things for us to use in the kitchen. The only thing not so good is the shower, which is very weak and has sudden changes in temperature.

Beautiful apartment, very well renovated and equipped to a high standard. Very nice terrace, nice view. The village is very nice, lively. Very good shops nearby. We had a fun time! Great base for visiting the area.

First of all, it was so close to Francesco Cathedral, and it was so convenient to take the bus just 7 minutes and 8 minutes on foot. The host was very friendly and responsive to help us.

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

We only stayed one night so I don't have a long experience. There was no problem, the host was super helpful and responsive and the beautiful house immersed in the countryside.

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

We were greeted super warmly by Lorenzo's Mama Alba. The apartment even exceeded their pictures. Really very very nice and so comfortable. Has everything you need. Wonderful location and sensational atmosphere. Lorenzo's numerous tips were all gold value and we were able to enjoy Tuscan cuisine every day. The small town of Anghiari is fantastic, a really beautiful place in the middle of Tuscany. Everything worked out great, from the communication with Lorenzo to the " daily care" by Alba. Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

We were absolutely charmed by Ilva’s condo. The condo is so cute and cozy, and the view is stunning. It’s also walking distance to basically all of Orvieto. Ilva was so responsive and helpful!

really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

A beautiful apartment in the heart of the enchanting historical town of Montepulciano. The apartment is so central, with many great restaurants and shops. Very clean and very easy check in. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. We loved our time in Montepulciano, thank you!

first of all, at a communicative level we can say that he is the best host 2) took us from the train station to the apartment (which is no small thing) 3) an unexpected inconvenience happened to the apartment, but he intervened immediately and resolved everything. 4) the accommodation is mega comfortable, sea view, equipped with everything you need maybe if all the hosts were like him thank you very much, we were lucky to have done our experience there. :)

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.
