Vacation rentals with a patio in Umbria

Beautiful large apartment and very well equipped. Located at the top of SPELLO, it can be reached from a nearby parking lot below where there is usually a spot (in April). Old cellars, the room is dug in the rock and is only lit by very small skylights. So it's dark and electric light is a must at any time of the day. But in return it always stays cool. The terrace is very nice and the view appreciable. Corrado, in charge of the apartment, which we have requested several times, is extremely kind and patient. Very efficient, it also has a strong sense of humor and very good advice. Thanks to him for helping make the stay perfect!

This is not a popular tourist destination, need to be reached by car and the lake is quiet and open.The room is simple, comfortable and clean.The homeowner was very responsive and solved a few small problems very quickly. Recommended

Simone was a lovely host! He made arrangements for a taxi to meet us at the train station and met us at his apartment. He was very responsive and friendly. The location can't be beat! It's in the heart of Assisi, yet it is quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the private courtyard. Cafe del Vescovado is steps from the apartment and is a must for a morning cappuccino. Saint Maria Maggiore is also across the way from Cafe del Vescovado. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning!

My friend and I had a wonderful week in Roberto’s place. He came to meet us at the railway station and we walked to the apartment. He was really helpful with recommendations. Thank you Roberto. We were right next to the railway, bus and mini metro stations. Lovely pizzeria called Murales 3 minutes walk. Lovely pasta too. Bruno even showed me one evening how to make Cacio e Pepe. Thank you Bruno. I would stay here again

Perfectly matching description and photos. very clean,tidy apartment,equipped with every comfort , very tastefully furnished. Very quiet residential area,no traffic noise or anything else. Convenient to the city center, with a 15-minute walk Ca. Vesna host exuberant, nice, helpful and proactive! She went out of her way to advice and took care of our breakfast too! I recommend the property!

The apartment was a perfect place to stay in Assisi. Steps from the most beautiful views, quiet but still very close to everything, and lovely inside. I wished I could have stayed longer!

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. It was one of the few places we could find that looked modern. Super clean apartment, centrally located for exploring the area (less than 10 minutes drive to Assisi), and Emanuale is very accessible and helpful. If we come back to Italy, we will definitely return here. Thank you!

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

We felt relaxed in a home away from home setting. A welcome respite from the hectic stay in Rome. Loved the proximity to Perugia and surrounds.

Marco and Chiara are impeccable hosts. Nice, always ready with answers, helpful and full of excellent directions and tips on the surroundings (restaurants, excursions, shopping for typical products...). Casa Azul is a really beautiful and special house. Not only designed to stay there but to be experienced just like home. Complete with everything and in an ideal location to reach all the classic Umbrian destinations. We stayed very comfortably in 6 as well as a little dog, towards which the homeowners were very welcoming. If I return to the area I will try to repeat the Casa Azul experience!

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

Great location to use as a base to visit the surroundings of Soriano nel Cimino and Viterbo yet calm, verdant and peaceful surroundings to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing. A perfect vacation.

A really great place! The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and with a private entrance, which guarantees full freedom and privacy. Everything is exactly as in the photos – maybe even better! The owner, Francesco, is very kind, helpful and very communicative – it was a real pleasure to get away with him. A great plus are also the Italian breakfasts included in the price, served in a very cozy and authentic typical bar. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We were absolutely charmed by Ilva’s condo. The condo is so cute and cozy, and the view is stunning. It’s also walking distance to basically all of Orvieto. Ilva was so responsive and helpful!

Unforgettable vacation. The farm stay and the pool are immersed in nature. Sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas, all the pool environment and private garden area are very well-kept. The private part of the garden is visible but this does not disturb. Very clean house. We would love to come back.

Location of the house in a quiet and peaceful area with outdoor parking about 5 meters from the entrance. The villa is surrounded by a garden on two sides and a beautiful porch where you can enjoy spacious and quiet spaces furnished with garden furniture and lemon trees. The interior is furnished in an essential but tasteful way. The house is cozy, super clean and has all the comforts. The host has always been attentive to our every need for the entire period of stay in the house. Congratulations to the owners.

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.

Federica and Roberto welcomed us like old friends, and very kindly fetched us from the train station. After getting us settled and showing us around the (beautifully designed and spotless) Airbnb, which is far more impressive in person than in the photos, they took us for a stroll in the historical center of town, just steps away. They even treated us to delicious coffee and pastries at one of the oldest (if not the oldest?) “bars” in Italy. They proudly pointed out places we should absolutely visit, (which we did), like the National Gallery, and shared some interesting and quirky historical facts. Perugia captured our hearts, as did our hosts. It was a true highlight of our vacation in Rome, Umbria and Tuscany. We give Federica and Roberto’s apartment and hospitality our highest recommendation!

Tatiana welcomed us warmly with snacks, milk, and drinks to help us get settled in. When we got in her house, my wife and I both said “wow”. The pictures don’t show how nice this place truly is. It’s big and tastefully decorated. The balcony’s view is one of the best we’ve seen in Italy, which is no small feat. It felt like a real home. It is very clean and had all we needed for our stay. If we come back to this area, we will surely stay there again.
