Kassel can also be reached by public transport via the train station in Guxhagen, which is 3 km away. The Mondsee, a swimming lake, is 2.5 km away.

Due to the size, layout and amenities, we only offer this apartment to 1-2 people! On request, if necessary, max. 4 people! But there is no closed bedroom! For 2 people, the sofa bed in the living room would then be available! No extra cleaning fees! Please write if you have any questions!

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. The A49 and thus also Kassel can be reached quickly (about 20 minutes). We are right on site and are available for more tips and help. We look forward to seeing you!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A newly renovated quiet accommodation in loft style is offered in the beautiful VW city of Baunatal. Due to the size, layout and amenities, we only offer this apartment for 1-2 people! In the village as well as outside you can walk, hike or cycle. By car, bike, tram or bus you can quickly reach the document city of Kassel. You can quickly reach the A 49, A 44 and A7 highways.

The apartment is located in the attic and is about 70 square meters. One double bedroom, one living room with small sofa bed and balcony, one kitchen with electrical appliances, one large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a bus stop right outside the front door and the S-Bahn stop is about a 10-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity are beverage markets/supermarket and a pizzeria.

Das Apartment befindet sich im Innenhof eines Zweifamilienhauses. Der Blick aus dem Fenster öffnet einen wunderschönen Innenhof, in mitten ein junger Amberahorn der im Herbst eine Traumhafte Rot-Gelb-Lila färbung stellt. Ehemals war dies ein kleiner Bauernhof mit einem Dachdeckerbetrieb, welches von uns seit Jahren aufwendig saniert und teilweise neu aufgebaut wurde.
