With charming private entrance, apartment without opposite on the ground floor of a 2-storey house. Bright clean in a family and safe neighborhood. Full of shops, quiet 20 minutes from the airport: ADRAR, 3 minutes from CARREFOUR and DECATHLON. Living room with TV (IPTV: thousands of international channels) library of thousands of films, YOUTUBE and internet (individual box); bedroom, spacious kitchen very well equipped and toilet-bathroom with hot water.

Very beautiful Villa with private pool without vis-à-vis. The villa is in a new residence 10 minutes from the city center of Agadir and the beaches. Close to all amenities including the Sela shopping center: Carrefour, Kiabi, Decathlon, Parkids , McDonald's ,etc.,(5 minutes by car) and many other shops.
