The apartment is extremely spacious, with all the amenities, the view is very good, the bedroom has its own bathroom, its spacious and well equipped kitchen, ideal for families, access is very easy, there is an oxxo 30 meters from the condominium. The pool is spacious and always clean, security and parking without any problem. I recommend it to 100.

Love the place. The view was amazing. The kitchen could do with more cooking items like big bowls., better utensils, cooking sheets. A little disappointed they did not provide garbage bags or other cleaning products other than dish soap. Overall the place was amazing so amazing we extended our stay. We will definitely come back

We were on the weekend and everything was perfect the Depa is the same as the photos, the view is incredible, and the staff service is very good , we will definitely stay there again.

Everything is great! The comfortable and enjoyable facilities, pleasant spaces for us and our pets, they are delighted with the pasture and access to the beach, elements necessary for them to eat and drink. Maybe just as an observation that there is a slippery grille for the night on the beach and polish the back floor piritas to be able to walk without shoes However everything was amazing, with the security of going back to the house Thank you very much to everyone who supported us (Mrs. Coco is always very friendly)

Spectacular oceanfront home with helpful owner and staff. Infinity edge pool and beach access were highlights with a fabulous, comfortable patio and well-appointed kitchen. The Casa is very private and quiet, and safety was never a concern. 10 minute walk to the world-class surf break at Playa La Saladita. There is not alot of development or many amenities in the immediate area which for us added to the charm and authentic feel of the area. There are several casual restaurants with sunset views in the little town of La Playa Saladita with some more upscale options 20 minutes away in the town of Troncones. Can't wait to come back!

This is it! The place you want/need to be if you are looking for beauty, peace, privacy and relaxation. This is our second visit and will definitely be back. Victor Manual is fantastic and all of his recommendations are spot on. We love everything about this place and property!

The view of the place is spectacular I loved the apartment is just like the photos and with equipped kitchen for what you need, I loved the area since you find the surroundings oxxos, Walmart, restaurants very quiet and busy area. Eduardo was always attentive and very accessible. The only detail is that in the Lobby of the condominium the staff who work there is very apt, people mule, zero friendly. The condominium has a swimming pool and is always very clean and with its maintenance. I definitely come back and highly recommend it.

A super recommended place to spend a few days. It is very quiet and you can enjoy many pools and access to the beach in total comfort. It's one of the places we return to every year.

Victor is very attentive, we like the pool and the beach, since it is high season there were not many people, only if it is necessary to maintain the air conditioning and in general the entire apartment

We have stayed here several times because: The condo area is extremely well kept and the pool is wonderful. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is a working kitchen. The arrangement of the condo is good. The cleaners are excellent. Gladys is very quick to help if needed.

Óscar's place, it's amazing,a paradise. it has everything you could need, and more, for a super comfortable stay with the whole family, the place is incredible the beautiful beach club, also the perfect pool, really highly recommended to go with children and adults, one feels at home. The condo is beautiful and the view is incredible! The pictures don't do it justice! The pools are amazing and the property is clean and well kept. Very beautiful. It's right near the marina. There are a few places to eat right near the condo, and even more places within a 10-15 minute walk. Miguel and Carla (the property managers) were great to work with and all of the front desk staff at the condo were super helpful. A few of the amenities were not in the condo when we arrived, but Saif quickly got ahold of the property managers who resolved the issue the next morning. The safe in the condo did not work and we notified both Saif and the property manager. Just a heads up if you go, the safe was not fixed by the time we checked out. All in all a great place.
