It is a very nice house, very close to the lake, the pool area is excellent as well as the play area, two people attentive to what you need, which is excellent, in general the house is very good, in addition the garden is very large and with many plants, also the parking is very spacious.

Norma is very accessible with the schedules, the instructions to get to the house were very accurate and clear, the house was clean and tidy, the space is spacious for 6 or up to 8 people, the pool is clean, in general we had a great weekend in the stay.

The house is highly recommended, it is very enjoyable and the host is very attentive, close to nice restaurants and very easy access.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from the first moment. The place exceeded all my expectations - the facilities were spotless, comfortable, and with a cozy touch that made me feel at home. The location was ideal, a lot of privacy above all and a unique view. In addition, Mr. José was exceptionally kind and attentive, always willing to help with any request or recommendation. The details did not go unnoticed: the views, the tranquility that the garden transmits. This place certainly became my favorite and I hope to come back soon, we recommend it 100%.

The house is very large, clean and spacious, Mr. Feliciano who was in charge of handing us over and supporting us, super friendly and helpful. We loved the house and had a weekend very father and at ease with the whole family.

The whole stay was great! It has a good space for pets and very easy access to the lake. The only recommendations we could make is that they put a bathroom downstairs and/or for the garden and pool as there are only bathrooms upstairs. And the other is that it would be incredible that the rooms had air conditioning as it is very hot at night. Outside, everything was perfect! We had a great time!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, as well as quality blankets and towels and without signs of deterioration. Incredible cleanliness, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. We loved the common areas, the children's pool is incredible, and since this is the condominium, it looks like there are very few people in the pool and beach. Gaby is very nice and cordial. 100% return to this apartment.

Rincon del Mar y Rincón de las Morenas was the perfect place to take the women's retreat that my team and I had planned. The house, the rooms, the amenities, the sea, the food and the service was simply all in degree of absolute excellence. Everything was at a level we didn't even imagine. Our return is final!

Like the photos, the Villa is very nice, clean, you have the amenities described, very comfortable, no noise, close to beaches, shops and places to eat.

The place is very central, I felt at home. I struggled a bit to find it because I arrived at night and the surrounding condos look a lot like it. I also struggled to find the parking spot, I was orientated by one of the guards of the colony who was very friendly. The equipment and furnishings make you feel at home, not like being in a hotel. The hosts were extra friendly and always responded to my messages to guide me and be attentive to what was going on, which I am very grateful for. Yes, I would stay in the apartment again.

We had a great stay of 2 weeks. Martha was waiting for us at the entrance when we arrived. The condo was very clean inside and out with all the amenities described on the card. We particularly liked the balcony overlooking the pool, as well as the 2 air-conditioned airs. Everything is easy to access on foot (bike path and convenience store 3 min, Madera beach 5 min away or Ropa 15 min, centro 10 min), as well as by taxi or bus. In short, we loved our stay and would be willing to go back anytime.

We really liked the place!! Very quiet and safe to rest! the super cute and heated pool that made it better !! very close to everything !! The old bar beach 10 min or less by car !!! Majahua a 20 !! The bedrooms and living room with their air conditioners !! 2 spacious bathrooms. The only thing is that there was no hot water however the water from the shower is warm !!! We would definitely come back!!

Exelente option! Osiris was always attentive and very flexible with nostros. The space is just like the images. The functional kitchen with everything you need to make basics. Chedraui is also very close to you. At the entrance there are some machines but they are only coca and with snacks of potatoes and biscuits. It is suitable for up to 4 people, the two rooms are small, but no hassle to rest. They have air conditioning that works great. If they do not take a car it is very easy to get out and enter the subdivision, in the entrance they pass collective taxis and combis that take you where they need and to return the same thing, they leave you in the access or the taxis if they can enter, they only need to be re-registered but it is very fast. Very close to the beach and the bustle is very comfortable. I would definitely come back.

The apartment has an excellent location, the communication with the host is excellent, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The truth is worth staying there, the price was fair with the facilities that are very good and fresh, the pool is very clean and in general everything is very good to have a good end with family or friends.

We really liked it, Cora was always attentive and we had a theme with the application and arrival but she always had the best arrangement and let us leave later the next day. It is very comfortable and I really liked the location, it has air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms and that is a 100/10. The hot water takes a while to get out and with little pressure but everything ok and nothing that affects the stay. Yes I would go there again ☺️
