Awesome location with no people. Very isolated which was awesome. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom and living area. We have already booked our return trip. It is an Eden experience. Love the place and will be back soon.

Absolutely divine stay at house of waves. The van is the furthest on the property so you enjoy immense privacy, and your own beach access which is nice for swimming naked under the stars! The waves crashing are the most present noise that you can very occasionally hear traffic. The Van had everything I needed, was cool to sleep with the AC. The kitchen was adequate. With garza growing you can really get everything you need walking from here. I did have a motorcycle and an electric bike at various points which allows access to Giones. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat in nature. The shala has yoga mats and AC is is a great place to rest also!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful place! It was walking distance to everything in Nosara, including the beach, shops and restaurants. We especially appreciated the easy distance to carry our surf boards to the beach. It was lovely to swim and lounge by the pool in the hot afternoons. The three separate buildings gave plenty of privacy for three couples. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and there was a lovely covered outdoor dining space. We would recommend staying here to everyone and would love to come back someday!

Location. Location. Location. This place is right on the beach with an elevated ‘treehouse’ stay that smartly uses the space on the ground floor as an area to eat, cook, wash dishes, lounge and enjoy being by the beach. We stayed for 7 nights with a toddler and infant. Would definitely stay here again. Staff are friendly and Luis was particularly helpful and engaging. Breakfast is included. The fruit is fresh and juicy. Breakfast overall was good, however, the experience could be improved by adding a traditional Costa Rican breakfast at least every other day. Having a mosquito net installed above the futon in the living room is a quick fix and needed. Luckily we brought a mosquito net which Luis helped install. As noted in another review there is only one futon not two. Our 3 year old enjoyed using the pool. Looking forward to coming back to Samara.

Excellent. We had a lovely stay at Hans's, who is with Daniela very responsive and always offers to help. The house is as in the photos, a beach house ON the beach of Sámara, so ideally located, with a convenience store opposite, LA Poissonnerie de Sámara has a housewatch and a beach restaurant 50m away. And the sound of the waves to fall asleep, we'll be back for sure. Thanks a thousand times Hans & Daniela!

This place (the loft) was absolutely beautiful and sits in the most lush beautiful tropical gardens. This is a typical great Studio Saxe tropical modern design. It is central to most things and we walked to everything over the weekend but if you want to explore some of the other beaches there are tuk-tuks you can easily take. Nosara has gone through some major renovations - with brick-paved streets and drainage. At the end of dry season this area of Guanacaste is always much greener than other areas like Tamarindo. The beach is great. The atmosphere is great for a chilled and relaxed weekend (or longer) getaway. The interior design is incredible and there is everything you would need. Plenty of places to sit and relax inside and outside on the oversized terrace that looks out over the tropical gardens.

Great apartment 100 yards from the beach at a great price. There is a restaurant below so maybe not a kid friendly spot on account of potential noise but great, reasonably priced place in Nosara with good food and cold plunge tanks down stairs and 1 min commute to the surf.

We stayed at Antonella’s place for 7 weeks. It’s a central location, on a relatively busy street, steps away from the beach, restaurants, groceries… Couldn’t be better located for us as we typically do not want to be bothered with driving. The locked gate made my partner feel safe and kept onlookers or passerby’s away. Well appointed kitchen. All appliances work well. The AC unit is recent and can withstand the extreme heat. The main bed is comfy. The smaller beds we used as sofas and they were fine. Nice and friendly cleaning staff. We did hand laundry most days but there’s a convenient laundry service about a minute away. We also traveled with our small dog and she enjoyed the place as much as we do. We hope to be able to book this location again some day.

Rodman and Johannah make it easy to want to come back. We have now stayed in all the villas. Maybe next time we’ll try the main house. Samara is a town where the best places and things to do are spread out. Villas Espavel is walking distance to the highlights, on both ends of the beach. Federica is full of grace and wisdom. Her daily yoga is extremely special, as are the reiki treatments. We could walk everywhere and enjoy the treats of Samara. They have a little oasis that is so special.

What a beautiful spot! We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our Costa Rica trip and what a beautiful way to end it. The house is great. The AC in the rooms cooled it off nicely and the pool was perfect. We loved how accessible everything was from this place including the beach and restaurants. Samara is a beautiful little laid back town and this place fits right in. The host was so sweet and very responsive with any questions we had. Easy 5 star and would recommend CasaBea’s to everyone! Great spot on the playa pelada side of nosara. Hosts were very helpful in recommending activities and arranging for necessities during our visit. House had the basics and we had a great time in the pool after long days at the beach. Families with younger kids should be aware the primary bedroom is in a separate structure from the other rooms and kids have to go up and down stairs past a pool to get there. Worked out great for us but just a note!

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

Beautiful home just minutes from Samara and the beach. The pool was great for late afternoon and evenings with good shade! would definitely consider going back!

We just returned home from our stay, and it was completely perfect. The house accommodated our two families very well. There were seven of us total, three children, and it was very spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay, including using the kitchen to cook. The location is ideal, very quick walk to the beach and many great restaurants. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed, and their concierge service set us up with shuttles to and from the airport, massages, a chef to make dinner and an excursion. They were immensely helpful and we all had a wonderful time!

As a solo woman traveler, this place was perfect! The area was in walking distance of everything I needed! Super close to the beach and had the best restaurants all within walking distance. Adrian was super helpful and let me drop off my bags a bit earlier than check in so I could browse the town without all my luggage. There were a few critters that got in because the top of the front door isn’t sealed all the way but expected while in the jungle. Overall I am excited to come back and stay again at this Airbnb!

Place is nice, cozy and as described. It's located in a beautiful property surrounded by nature. It's peaceful and the best part is the beach just steps away. We experienced some unplanned inconveniences out of our control but the host did his best to help us with everything.

Just a quick walk to a beautiful beach, restaurants, farmers market and shopping. If you are planning on sticking to Samara you don’t need a car from this location. The beach is perfect for little kids to get acclimated to the ocean

The location is excellent, it’s right in Samara Center. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. Only thing to note is it’s not exactly a house, it’s a hotel. It’s three separate rooms, the one in the center has the kitchen and living room. If your a big group with couples, it’s great. All in all the place is clean, in a great location, and very friendly staff.

Our stay in Nosara was absolutely perfect! The property is stunning, with gorgeous common areas that make it easy to relax and soak in the tropical vibes. The path to the beach is incredible—just a short walk through beautiful nature, where we spotted amazing wildlife along the way. The location couldn’t be better—so close to the beach, yet also just a short walking distance from great restaurants and shops. We loved biking through the maritime forest, exploring the area, and taking in the natural beauty all around. The pool is one of the best we’ve experienced, thoughtfully set up for a seamless transition from the beach. Beyond the incredible setting, our stay was comfortable, safe, and truly rejuvenating. It warmed our bones and our hearts, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this special place!

The Earth House was an absolut gem and we loved our stay! Surrounded by beautiful nature, with Monkeys in the trees, fireflies at night and the beaches close by! We came with our own car which probably isn’t a necessity but definitely made getting to the apartment a lot easier. If you have a car, you can get to all the beaches and small cities in just a few minutes and explore everything perfectly! We stayed for 3 nights but with such a beautiful apartment a longer stay would probably be worth it even more. Self-check-in was also very convenient as we arrived pretty late. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook all kinds of meals and even make your own smoothies in the morning! Everything about this place was perfect, if your looking for a nature kind of experience!
