Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Then rest; a master suite will welcome you: bedroom bed for 2 people, living room with clic-clac (register 3 people if you need sheets for the 2nd bed), private bathroom (linen provided). Fridge, microwave available. Dining area in a large greenhouse, overlooking nature. Rest and change of scenery.

20 minutes from the Great Lakes, stay in an old forge with rustic charm, surrounded by nature and animals. Large master bedroom (35 m²) with private bathroom and toilet. Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rowing machine. Optional, bedroom in an old hay attic (2 pers.) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but electric hobs and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates … Hikes from the house, games (balls, ping pong, badminton) and bike rental.

At the gates of Morvan and many tourist sites (medieval site of Guédelon, Vézelay, the vineyards of Tannay and Pouilly, archaeological site of Compierre...) this accommodation will make a good base to discover the region. Take a break and relax in this peaceful little corner at Porte du Morvan. Nature lovers, you will be won over. Located near Chablis vineyards, castles such as Bazoches/ Ratilly/ Chastellux or Guédelon , Arcy caves. Private enclosed house, with one bedroom, possibility of adding a crib on request. Linens provided (sheet, bath towels, dish towel). Fully equipped kitchen. Pets such as dogs and cats only allowed and 2 maximum.

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

Perfect for a completely disconnected stay or teleworking: a comfortable cabin with stunning views of the Nièvre landscapes. Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.

A brand new house in an old barn, surrounded by nature with magnificent views and everything you need for a pleasant stay alone, as a couple or with children. A few meters from the vacation rental, a cabin in the trees can accommodate two additional travelers. We provide the essentials for your stay: bed linens, towels and toilet paper. You will have Wi-Fi in the cottage.
