Villa vacation rentals in Gulf of Trieste

Very nice and clean accommodation. Indeed, it was a pity that there was very little kitchen utensils available, such as an extra pan (especially if you are staying in the house with such a large group), kitchen towels, sponges,..... There was also no cleaning equipment available, such as a vacuum cleaner, mop,...After we contacted the host, this was put in order very quickly. The host is very friendly and helpful. The house is within walking distance of supermarkets, bakery, vegetable stalls and butcher. Also very close you have several eateries. Be careful if you want to rent a boat through the host. Host has nothing to do with this rental. These people are not reliable! They rented a speedboat that was already broken, where water came in, didn't get windshield, no life jackets. We were accused of crashing the boat. Boat taken out of water, nothing to see. It turned out that the pump had been broken for a few days. Didn't get any money back!

We had a wonderful week at the place! The equipment is top, you have everything you need for a nice vacation. The heated pool was great. The house is modern and we immediately felt comfortable!

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

We booked this great property with friends and our wauzis over the turn of the year. Unfortunately, it was not as bright as we had hoped, but still our "fear"dog was able to enjoy New Year's Eve quite well, as everything could be locked accordingly. In summer, certainly twice as beautiful, as the outdoor area is really great. The house itself is nicely divided and has enough space and space. The location in a cul-de-sac makes it pleasantly quiet and you are in all the cities of Istria worth seeing in no time. The contact via Connor and Tamara (who is the direct contact person on site) was all around great. We enjoyed our getaway.

My experience at Villa Serenity was amazing. The house is even nicer than the pictures. Everything was super clean, the fridge was stalked up so we didn't have to go to the store right away. The bedrooms are amazing and offered a lot of privacy with the individual bathroom in each bedroom. The location is quiet and peaceful. Robert was an amazing host. I would love to come back and i would recommend Robert and his family's house to everyone looking for a nice vacation!

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

Marinko is a very accommodating host, available at all times and very friendly! The accommodation and the heated pool are great and maintained as new. With the pool heating, approx. 27 degrees water temp. can also be used in under 20 degrees air. The villa offers everything you could wish for and is very modern. Privacy is granted throughout the premises. Marinko even gave us homemade olive oil to taste. We didn't want to leave and will definitely come back. Thank you!

We booked the villa sole for a week during the easter vacation and had a wonderful time; the host was extremely flexible, helpful and had great tipps for the region. The villa is a highlight, the heated pool was used all day long from all family members and the playground (boccia, golf, hiding, tree house, sauna) were used at length. We would also definitely recommend taking the breakfast as we got different meals daily and really nothing was missing on the menu. Some great local specialities as well! 10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

Very clean and spacious accommodation. There were four of us with a dog in unfortunately not so nice weather (regular weather). That's why we were able to stay in the house very nicely, and everyone had their space. We felt very comfortable, and Nina was a very helpful host. However, the surroundings did not promise us so much, it was (probably also due to the season) everything as extinct (despite Easter week). A small kiosk and a small bistro were the only thing within walking distance. All in all it was a very relaxing short trip. Thank you Nina.

Great and very clean place. Peacefull place perfect for resting. I would recommend it to anyone, and definetly will come back again next year. Great experience. Host is super friendly.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and it was just amazing! The landlords were exceptionally friendly and made sure we didn't miss anything. Her warm welcome and helpful manner made our stay truly memorable. The house itself is an absolute dream. It is not only beautifully decorated, but also spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped. We were particularly impressed by the variety of amenities offered here. The grill in the garden was perfect for social evenings, and the dart board provided a lot of fun. A highlight was also the ice cube machine, which provided a welcome refreshment on hot days. We can fully recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

We were at this place for 4 days and the house was great. We have enjoyed the evenings after cycling the whole day. The house was a great opportunity to calm down and enjoy the sun.

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

A fantastic home. We loved the outdoor pool and the dog loved the large fully enclosed garden. Well equipped kitchen for self catering. David greeted us at the property and responded quickly when we couldn't find the place. Says its number 19 but it is actually 57 on Google maps! Good location for visiting Pula and the coast line, highly recommend a visit to Rovinj too.

Everything was perfect, beautiful house, super fast answers to questions! Great heated pool, just fantastic!
