Host offered instructions for what’s app connection from airport via water taxi & Giacomo received us & took us to place from just around San Marco piazza - beautiful house & great shared balcony to watch gondola go by

Our stay was like Wooow! ...we felt like staying at home with a lot better possibilities around us; the location is great; very close to see local attractions: Roman Arena (2min. walking), boats to book dolphins tour(just down stairs!), eating good food ; Jupiter restaurant - 3 min....etc...etc The place it is a beautifuly design flat on a fourth floor (with a lift) with a balcony with a stunning sea side view!! Beds are super comfortable, spacious bathroom and kitchen. It was 5 of us and still plenty of room. A/C works perfectly... I'll tell you that way : book the place before it is too late...

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

Sandra was extremely friendly and helpful. The studio apartment was in perfect condition, very homely and pristine. We had a wonderful time staying there, despite the bad weather during our trip.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Vinko und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft sah genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern und war sehr sauber und großzügig. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, bietet einem aber alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir hatten die ersten Tage noch kein Auto, konnten aber alles, z.B. einen kleinen Supermarkt, Restaurants und den Hafen in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön und gut zum Baden geeignet, wenn man Steinstrand mag. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. ☺️

Warm, cosy, clean and modern, this room is very close to the beautiful Rimini beach, and also within walking distance of the historical quarters. Patrizia was very welcoming and check in and check out was very simple and efficient. Highly recommended for your stay in Rimini!

This is the second time my best friend and I have rented this stunning apartment because we love it so much! You are 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco and 10 from Rialto yet it is quiet which makes it the perfect respite from crowds! The apartment is thoroughly modern; it’s as if you’re living inside an editorial spread in Architectural Digest magazine! Note it has three staircases to climb, which was never a problem for us but might be harder on those with mobility issues. The sleek bathroom is spotless with both a soaking tub and luxe shower. A modern washing machine on-site is a great convenience. Internet is lightning-fast. Both bedrooms are spacious with elevated linens and glamorous light fixtures. We left only this morning and have already started planning our next dream visit! The lovely host feels like a friend and takes special care to ensure your every comfort! If it’s available for your dates, book it immediately! As a travel writer this is the best place I’ve ever stayed!

Would definitely stay again! Amazing views over the canal into the old town. Spacious and clean, with everything you need to make your stay a breeze. Amazing communication and suggestions for things to do.

We were greeted right away and checked in personally. We felt right at home and the process was very easy and effortless. The place was bigger than expected and can easily accommodate a whole family. It felt very cozy and the location was perfect. The view is truly amazing, seeing the canal from your bedroom window was very nice. Highly recommend going to the pizzeria/restaurant that’s just a 3 min walk from the apartment. Overall highly recommend this very romantic and cozy stay in Murano.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben die Natur an der Una genossen. Traumhaft schöne Lage und das Haus und der Garten an der Una erfüllten alle unsere Ansprüche. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und entspannen. Die Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreicht und man bekommt sehr leckeres und preiswertes Essen sehr freundlich serviert. Klare Empfehlung.

Great place, down to earth and original!

Wunderschön gelegene Hütte am Fluss, sehr idyllisch Natur. In der Hütte ist alles zu finden was man benötigt, entspannen auf der Terrasse oder in den Una Nationalpark fahren ist hier wunderbar möglich. Der Grill ist gut zu bentzen und es gibt ein an Ufer liegendes Floß mit Tisch und Sitzbank. Adnan war immer für uns erreichbar und zuvorkommend, hat uns viele Tipps gegeben was man Unternehmen kann, z.B. bei schlechterem Wetter, oder welche Restaurants in der Nähe zu finden sind.

Die Besitzer der Unterkunft waren total süß und aufmerksam! Die Unterkunft war super idyllisch und ruhig. Hier kann man sich jeden Abend beim Grillen auf der Terrasse super entspannen. Der Strand ist in ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Man kann das Auto direkt vor der Unterkunft abstellen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Pula ist in 15 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Die Lage war einfach perfekt.

Cristina’s place was great! Would definitely recommend. Incredibly clean and had thought of everything travellers may need. Very comfortable and in a very walkable location close to main bus and train stations. It was a little difficult to find. We put “Basara” (nearby restaurant) into a maps app and then used the numbers on that block until we found the correct house number. Apple Maps had us circling for an hour or so!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer mit einem Steg auf dem man sich super hinlegen und direkt ins Meer springen kann. Es ist ein großes Haus mit allen wichtigen Sachen inklusive. Man kann tagsüber gut im Haus lautstark Spaß haben. Das einzige richtige Manko war, dass weder einen Bäcker noch einen Supermarkt in der Nähe gab. Diese erreicht man nur per Uber/Bolt und muss mit ca 6€ Zusatzkosten pro Fahrt rechnen. Domagoj war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei allen Sachen schnell geholfen (Lampe montieren). Je nachdem wie die Lautstärke ab 23 Uhr ist, erhält man eventuell 1-2 Nachrichten.

Sono stata in questo alloggio per tre notti per motivi di lavoro e mi sono trovata davvero bene. La casa è proprio come nelle foto: luminosa, spaziosa, curata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Il posto auto è stato un plus molto comodo per me. L’atmosfera è accogliente e si percepisce attenzione ai dettagli. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile, tutto è stato semplice e chiaro. Un soggiorno sereno e senza intoppi, esattamente quello che cercavo!

Beatrice is the most valuable host we ever had. We were surprised to meet her near the water boat station, where she and her husband helped us with the suitcases. She gave us any information we asked for: that was more than helpful, given that Venice is a "complicated" city. The apartment was clean and perfectly equipped. Next time we visit Venice, we will book at Beatrice's place again.

We had a wonderful stay at Patricija's place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials, making it easy to prepare meals, and the dining area was perfect for family meals together. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and a peaceful environment that allowed us to relax after exploring. Patricija was a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. My husband and I had a great stay in Venice, Roberts apartment ticked all the boxes for us. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location and the balcony overlooking the river, watching the gondolas go by was the icing on the cake for us! We didn't use the apartment for cooking but everything was there if you wanted to cook. We were met by Laura when we got off the water taxi in Venice, and she walked us to the apartment, she was very friendly and told us we could contact her anytime during our stay, first class service! Venice was amazing and we loved exploring all the areas, trying to get lost in all the wee alleys, but we always found our way back 😆. if you are looking at this apartment, don't hesitate to book it, I'm my opinion I would say it is perfectly located. If going, visit hotel alangelo which is next door, for great food and drinks, and a wonderful server, Natalia, one of the friendliest people I have ever met! Venice, the city of Love, did not disappoint.

Questo alloggio a Jesolo ci ha sorpresi molto, non sembrava nemmeno di essere a Jesolo. Casa ben situata in una zona molto tranquilla e con tanto verde intorno è situata in una bella zona soprattutto. Vicini super simpatici, che dire è uno di quei posti in cui vorresti subito tornare per non parlare del design della casa e la pulizia e l’immenso spazio che c’è. Se volete passare una piccola vacanza a Jesolo o un weekend in tranquillità vi consiglio questo alloggio.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, sicuramente d’estate offre un confort incredibile dato che è sul mare.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento che ha superato le nostre aspettative. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo e ordinato, curato in ogni dettaglio. Non mancava davvero nulla — dalla macchina del caffè al tostapane, dalla lavastoviglie agli altri piccoli elettrodomestici che rendono tutto più comodo e funzionale. Ma il vero punto forte è stata la vista: affacciarsi ogni mattina sul porticciolo turistico è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, uno spettacolo rilassante e suggestivo che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più speciale. Un grazie di cuore ad Annalisa e Sandro per la loro accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The apartment was close to the attractions but still in a quiet neighborhood with nice restaurant options. The host was very helpful and even secured water taxis for us to and from the train station. Overall the place was great!
