It has LIMITED views of the gulf from the private balcony. It's on the east side, 2nd floor & sleeps 3! This condo has newer appliances, tile floors, a new A/C & 40" tv. Our condo is the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plan that Summerchase has to offer. The condo has been updated with a beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms.
