In the Limburg Heuvelland is our single-level cottage. The house is located on the edge of a small-scale, green and quiet holiday park and has a very spacious garden with lots of privacy. Within walking distance is the cozy village of Simpelveld. We have furnished the holiday home with love and equipped it with every comfort. The decor is warm and cozy and you will definitely feel at home. You can park your car for free directly in front of the cottage and enjoy your holiday.

Ideaal voor fietsers en wandelaars. Rustig en centraal gelegen aan de Mergellandroute, Epenerbaan, bos en geuldal.Dichtbij de Voerstreek.Fantastisch uitzicht. Fietsen kunnen in garage, auto op de oprit. Ook voor ouders met een kind, ik ben een super oppasoma en trampoline en schommels in grote tuin. Ik heb katten. Prima restaurants in de buurt en de bakker en Spar dichtbij. Benedenverdieping in woonhuis. Geen echte keuken, wel buffet om ontbijt te maken. derde persoon 20 euro extra.

Like our other vacation home ("Sjun Limburg"), we completely renovated "Leef Zuiden" in 2023. Everything has really been renewed in this property (including the inside and outside walls). The fully renovated garden is fenced and 100% enclosed. A modern stay has been realized that meets all current requirements. The vacation home also meets 100% of the sustainabilitycriteira. The house is therefore fully insulated and air-conditioned.

Rural farmers house .

Modern, cozy farmhouse , partly located on the yard of our dairy farm. The front with entrance, parking and terrace has unique panoramic views over the beautiful hill country and the Belgian foothills. ( for private use, not shared with other guests! ) The house is part of our farm, where we operate a dairy farm with 2 holiday homes and in the summer months a small farm campsite.
