The spacious apartment is located in the basement of our house with a separate entrance. The house is located on a low-traffic street in a residential area. The area is therefore very quiet. From here you can wonderfully explore the cycling and hiking trails of Wöllstein and the surrounding area. The cities of Bad Kreuznach and Alzey are each only 15 minutes away. Via the good highway connection A61/A60/A63 you can also get to the Rhine/Main area quite quickly.

Fantastic getaway

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Room in a cozy farmhouse

We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Recently, we have a paid electric car charging station / wallbox in the yard.

Modern, newly renovated, cozily furnished apartment with terrace and lockable side room for bicycles. The apartment is located in the middle of the village center of Hackenheim, on the first floor. On approx. 60 m², a beautiful, newly renovated apartment has been created in which 2 people can leave everyday life behind. Hackenheim is known for its many wine taverns and proximity to the spa town of Bad Kreuznach.

The bright 3-room apartment with approx. 64sqm is fully equipped. The open-plan living and kitchen area forms the heart of the apartment and invites you to cook and relax together. With 2 bedrooms (1.60m bed and 1.40m bed) the apartment sleeps 4 people. The modern shower room is equipped with a washing machine. A parking space on the property is available for the apartment, others in the immediate vicinity.

Apartment in a rural area in a beautiful wine-growing landscape. Wonderful for relaxing, for beautiful hikes through forests and vineyards. The "Hiwwelrouten" are particularly recommended. But golfers are also in good hands here. There are 3 golf courses nearby. Wine lovers will find opportunities to taste and shop with the local winemakers.

Vacation home in the countryside

Our cozy apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Bad Kreuznach in the beautiful Nahe Valley. It is located in a passive house, equipped with a dishwasher, TV and coffee maker and a living room ventilation system. From here you can plan wonderful bike tours.
