Luke was a great host- he really went above and beyond for us! The house was just as advertised as well as being clean and spacious. Location is great- close to the slopes, onsens, and downtown. Can’t wait to visit again!

A really nice apartment, very well maintained and clean. Looks just like in the pictures. It is only a short walking distance from the Main Street with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The kitchen and dining area were great to do your own cooking. Very comfortable beds. The hosts always responded within minutes with recommendations and helpful advice. Great stay!

It’s my second time staying at the Nozawa Gondola Apartments. Different room this time but just as wonderful as before. Clean nicely designed house, well equipped kitchen, and can’t ask for a better location if you’re headed for the slopes!

I also like the other accommodation I always rent from the same owner, but this was also clean and I had a comfortable stay. I was able to use the polite communication with peace of mind. There are various types of food in a nice neighborhood, so you can enjoy it even for consecutive nights.

It was very beautiful and full of cooking utensils, so we had fun cooking together!There is also a large supermarket just a short drive away, so it was convenient to shop!

Short walking distance from Takasaki Station. Very good location with good amenities provided. The apartment is also very well cleaned and well maintained. Highly recommended.

The apartment is new and in excellent condition. Very clean and with proper furniture. It is a few streets away from Takasaki station, which for us was very helpful.

Naoaki’s place was a perfect base for us to explore Nikko. It was spacious and Naoaki provided some great local recommendations and left us some local sweets. We had a great stay.

The accommodation is reasonably priced, located conveniently between Nikko Station and the World Heritage site area, making it easy to walk to both places. The room is well-equipped, and the bathroom and shower are good. The room size is spacious. If I visit Nikko again, I think I would stay here once more. Overall, I highly recommend staying here, it’s great value for the price.

There were many kinds of alcohol, so I was surprised that I could drink freely! It was like a bar and it was fun.There is no TV in the bedroom, but it was good because I could see it on the counter.The beds and water areas were clean.Thank you!

Great location, a few minutes walk from the restaurants/bars in town & from the lower chair lift. Above the cafe is super convenient for breakfast or food. Everyone was very helpful throughout our stay, would definitely be back!

LOVED THE STAY!! They allow dogs which is great and the rooms are very spacious. I love sleeping on Japanese Futons (Though people who like soft beds might not) It is in a good location for both skiing and night life. Nozawa Village is hard to get around with steep hills and narrow snowy streets but once you are checked into the stay you are set! They have a dry room but it is very small which is quite normal for Nozawa. The service was top notch and they bent over backwards to accomodate our every need. VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED!!!

a wonderful stay! a great location to base yourself for a stay in noza. the space was abundant for 3 families on a ski trip. close to wonderful restaurants and onsens. we would highly recommend Chris's place!

Great place, perfect for our family. Had everything we needed to cook with our fussy kids. Jason was great with his guide before we came so we were prepped. Really appreciated the little touches and the tips provided.
