It is the best place for holiday gatherings with no noise issues. ★ Transportation: 11 minutes on foot from Konkuk University Station on Line 2 and 5 minutes on foot from Children's Grand Park Station on Line 7. ★ Terrace: We recommend using a barbecue on the terrace with a very nice view. ★ Accessibility: 5-minute walk to Konkuk-dae commercial area, 15-minute bus ride to Seongsu, and 30-minute subway ride to Jamsil/Gangnam. ■ Basic things - Number of people: Basic 4 people (4 mattresses & 2 sofa beds)/Meeting can accommodate up to 10 people - Time: 5:00 PM - 10:00 AM the next day - Daily cleaning and disinfection ■ Precautions - Please tidy up, wash the dishes, and separate the garbage. - Smoking and pets are prohibited indoors, and unauthorized use may result in additional charges. + This is a restaurant enthusiast.
