This is a house in Jungpyeongchoe that has been renovated into a hanok. This is a private house with a classroom ~ ~ Juwangsan is 15 minutes away, Songso Historic House is 5 minutes away, and Gaekju Munhakgwan is 10 minutes away~ Located on the Yeongdeok–Sangju Expressway, directly in front of the Cheongsong Service Area, it offers a cool environment, great views, and is equipped with the latest karaoke machines, as well as two Noribox game consoles. There are also 6,500 comic books, so it's a great place to relax, read comics, and unwind^^ In the second-floor accommodation, only basic self-catering is possible. However, an empty classroom (barbecue area) on the first floor is fully equipped with self-catering utensils for your convenience. The second floor accommodation is a hanok made of pine wood, so if you cook meat, the wood smells cut off, so grilling meat and fish is absolutely not possible. (We'll charge you for any violations.) Grilling meat and fish is only available in the empty class room on the first floor. For breakfast, we serve handmade apple jam, handmade blackberry jam, and bread^^ When using the barbecue, everything, including charcoal, is provided, and you will need to pay an additional fee of 20,000 won.
