There are 2 br, cozy livingroom with diningtable, well equiped kitchen Close to Viru Keskus and Solaris, 2,6km from port (A-terminal), 700m from rail station, and 4km from the airport. Best restaurants and Old Town gems are in walking distance, neraby is Telliskivi loomelinnak and Noblessner area. Taxi can drive very close to the house to adress Niguliste 2.

Cozy loft with perfect location and park view

This charming loft is superbly located and has everything you need at your fingertips. The apartment is well-equipped and cozy for two (a third can fit on a convertible sofa bed). Relax in the park with a playground, enjoy the new and vibrant sea area, visit museums, eat pizza or sushi, or stroll to the well-stocked shopping center. Old Town is also within walking distance. There are many transportation options (from rental to public). There is a possibility of renting bikes from us (max 2).

Cozy, quiet one bedroom apartment

My place is close to public transport, grocery store, river, pine forest, skiing and running trails in the forest, sea, marina. You’ll love my place because of the fresh air and quiet safe surroundings as it is located in a high valued area while being 13 minutes bus/car ride from the centre. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house. You can also enjoy a private entrance with a small terrace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This romantic apartment has the best view in town. It is perfectly located near the harbour and only 2 min walk to old town. Grocery store about 300m, bakery shop 400m, restaurants 200m. Event center Kultuurikatel 3 min walk. Train station and renovated market and newest hipster area only one stop with a tram (or 10 min by walking). There are all the essentials You need for Your stay (linen and towels, kitchen ware, fridge and espresso/latte machine. Free parking on the street.

Modern, compact, very comfortable apartment in a quite and safe area. Just 3 min walk to Old Town (Fat Margaret’s Tower) ! Dining, arts and culture are within walking distance from my apartment, as well great views, beach, harbor and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location, comfy beds, the kitchen and the cosines. Perfect location! New powerfull conditioner was just installed (February 2024). Heats in the cold season. Penthouse, 10 min walk to old town

Enjoy beautiful surroundings on your vacation. Penthouse is located on the sixth floor, and there is no elevator, so there is a bit of a walk to get upstairs, luckily the steps are quite low, so even small children are able to walk them up and down. Amazing penthouse, where you can enjoy your vacation the fullest. Take a bubble bath, and relax and enjoy the architectural space.
