This pet friendly Cottage is a quaint brick house located at the entrance to Toccoa Falls College, Stephens County Hospital and 1 mile away from Historic Downtown Toccoa. This four bedroom, two bath house can accommodate up to 9 people. (Please note the pricing is for up to four people with extra charges for each guest, over four & pets. This includes infants/children/ get-togethers. It’s perfect for bridal parties, families, prospective students, parents coming to visit students & couples.

There are many activities nearby such as hiking, zip lining, horseback riding, boating , fishing and shopping in Helen, Clayton . You won’t find a better place to rest and enjoy nature.

This rustic cottage was built in the 1930s, and was renovated in 2002.This property is great for honeymooners or for a family of four. There is plenty of space inside and out for fun activities.
