The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a zone of 30, yet in the heart of the beautiful '' bear town'' Esens on the North Sea coast. The city centre, shops, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is only a few minutes away by car.

Pets are welcome with me. My guests can fully use Sky Entertainment Plus. Netflix is available on two TVs. In the spacious upper apartment with separate entrance, you can relax and feel comfortable. The Kiessee in the climatic spa town of Berumbur (600 m away) invites you to swim (dog beach) and relax. There is a separate, massively fenced garden area only for you, here also eruption artists can romp freely.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

The apartment is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, has a size of about 80 square meters and is located on the second floor of a detached house with separate entrance. Two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a spacious daylight bathroom room with shower and double sink as well as a cozy combined living/dining room and kitchen can accommodate 4 people and, if accompanied by a dog if necessary.
