From the 15 days of Vietnam so far, this was the best stay with a grandiose price-quality ratio. Nguyen and Lanh were particularly welcoming and friendly. Simply lovely! Our stay here was able to surprise us again and again in a positive way, really always exceeding expectations! Here are some examples: - A welcome drink (banana shake!) - Very clear ‘welcome explanation’ about all activities in the area - Pick up and drop off service airport (cheaper than Grab!) - For breakfast: in addition to our already made choice, we were also asked if we wanted an extra cup of coffee and another pancake to share. Clearly another example of an "unexpected perk" - In addition, very well maintained rooms and swimming pool. - very thoughtful staff - Keep up the good work!

Micha and Kim clearly love where they live and their business as it shines through in their service and small touches like providing recommendations of local restaurants and experiences. highly recommend ☺️

The place looked like the photos. The hostess is extremely friendly and accommodating. I was able to reach them anytime I had a question. I would recommend this place! :-)

Staying at Kim’s was a highlight of our stay in the Hoi An area. Located right near the beach, but also a short ride away from Old Town, we felt we were a perfect distance from the action while staying in a peaceful area. Kim herself is an amazing host, ready to accommodate, suggest activities, help out anyway she can or just have a fun conversation. Breakfast was delicious and fresh and the Water Refill Station was perfect to keep our need for single use plastics to a minimum in the heat. We would definitely visit Hoi An again just to spend some more time with Kim and Lulu.

The 2nd time I came here, it was always a pleasure to be there, Hai and his family are very welcoming and help you at every moment.The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. nothing better to start the day at hoi an by this. Strongly recommend!

Nhi is a great host, coming in the same day to actively contact to introduce the special restaurants of ancient town, the house is very special, if you get up early will harvest the beautiful view, the house is in the middle of the rice field roving chill house and ancient town, if the walk is all about 30 minutes/1.5km, this weekend night there is no grab car to come back, you can call motorbike back.The interior of the room is also very clean, very indo-china style, a little noisy by the road at night, but acceptable, or you bring earplugs.Recommended to stay in Hoi An😌

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Perfect for a big group. Had bottled water delivered everyday to the house, which was wonderful. The host was attentive and house was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay!

We had the best stay here. -The room is very modern and feels cosy at the same time. -The view is stunning - You have all the shops and nice restaurants you could wish for in walking distance Our host was super friendly and so accommodating. No words can describe how beautiful the stay was. The host was beyond hospitable in every way and strived to make us feel welcomed from another country . The location was great and walkable to old town and many other place with great food and many different shops . They even offered free bikes for us to ride around the city with and indeed I did all the way to the beach which was about a 20 min ride.. ( if your fit lol) . Highly recommend!

Flame Flowers Homestay is nice homestay! Every thing is perfect. Location; host; and room so clean and quiet; the best wifi connect i got at my travel. I really high recommend for all people.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The lodging was clean, bed comfy, big shower and well decorated! Diem was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and gave us good recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Breakfast was included and so yummy, my favourite was the banana pancakes! We had a GREAT stay and highly recommend this Airbnb for an amazing vacation! ❤️

I don’t say this lightly, but this place was incredible! Incredible location just on the edge of the old quarter so it’s not too loud but everything is less than a 10 minute walk. They are the kindest, most friendly people ever. You get to choose your breakfast from a menu everyday that’s included and they were super helpful with local recommendations and organising a motorbike for us to use. Hoi A was our favourite part of our Vietnam trip and this home stay made it that much better! Actually cannot recommend it enough!

This place is amazing for a stay in hoi a great location everything walking distance or can hire a bike from reception which we did. Very clean and breakfast was perfect

Dung was so beautiful and friendly! Went out of her way to give me tips and restaurants to try. Her place was super clean and the bed was extra comfy! A very good central location to the beach and ancient quarter. Plus free bikes are available which was super handy! Highly recommend if you’re staying in Hoi An

The bar has been raised again. This place was phenomenal. Bali vibes. "The one with nature" When you visit places like these, you won't regret anything.

Beautiful place to stay, a little quieter, but everything is within walking distance. We felt super comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Phuong’s place is wonderful. They have best mattress, pillows and bedding!! That’s not always the case in Vietnam. Phuong arranged my pickup at the airport and ferry to Cham. Easy Peazy It is close to tra quê vegetable garden. Go check out Waterwheel Restaurant for some organic, delicious food.

Probably one of the friendliest hosts, proactive on messages, amazing bed, hot shower with great pressure and daily cleaning. Also super fast and affordable laundry! I’ll be back if I’m ever in hoi an!

We had a very nice time staying here. The place itself is very cute and offers river views. Super clean and tidy rooms and bathroom. The breakfast downstairs was very nice. The best part was the staff who were so nice and helpful with recommendations. Complimentary bicycles and umbrellas were available as well. For light sleepers the walls are thin and there can be noise from outside at night. Otherwise really wonderful, cozy, and welcoming place. Thank you!
