By far one of the nicest air b&bs I’ve stayed in. Cool light fixture, living room was modern with lots of windows. Great style too.

Smooth arrival, the apartment is equipped with everything you could ask for. Swimming pool and sauna in the basement were gladly used by the children in the evening. Gladly again...

We felt very comfortable. Everything we needed for a week's stay was there. The apartment was tastefully decorated and it was very quiet despite being close to the train station. Everything was within walking distance and we will definitely be back.

Super equipped apartment with everything you need. Incredibly friendly hosts - we have rarely experienced anything like this. Cozy beds, well-equipped kitchen and parking right in front of the door. Practical starting point for activities and due to the central location all shopping around the corner.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay. The location is absolutely great, right on the ski slope. You can also park your car right outside the door in the carport. The amenities of the accommodation and the quality are very good. One single drawback: We would have been happy to have a few more basics in the accommodation: coffee, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, baking paper, fireplace lighter (despite booking the wood package), etc. were unfortunately not available. Not super bad, but it would be optimal to find these things. We had a very nice time and would be happy to come back!

Great little apartment perfect for our stay. Unfortunately, the guest cards arrived too late so that we could only use the public transport to a limited extent. But it was not the fault of the landlord but that of Innsbruck Tourism... It would be better to come one day before arrival. Everything else was great !

Moritz’s house was wonderful. It was exactly what we needed for a family vacation to Munich. A short walk to the S Bahn station in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. He was extremely responsive and accommodating to any needs or requests we had. The house was lovely and just as described on the listing. We had a great time.

The address was easy to find and on site there was already a friendly Ukrainian who showed us the house and was available for questions. Both apartments were well appointed and well suited for a weekend stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom house! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to shops and amenities. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained — we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and spending evenings on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, great for cooking and gathering. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

As expected, the owner was very helpful and friendly. We were able to stay there with relaxing very much. The location is good as it is close to Munich, I have no complaints, it is very comfortable and I want to recommend.

Had a great stay in Gallzein! The cabin is quiet and perfect for a few days rest in the mountains. The amenities are basically completely fine, only in the kitchen we would have liked a few more bowls/ functional pans. But absolutely not worth a point deduction, you could just bring it yourself next time. Car is mandatory and to get from A to B or to shop but that's also normal. 😊

We stayed two nights at Rü's place. Everyone was super satisfied, it was very clean, well-equipped kitchen and the well-kept property with water access was excellent for quick cooling. I'm sure we weren't there last time.

We had a great time staying at this apartment and would love to come back next year. The apartment and amenities as well as the neighbors are great. We thank the landlords for a lot of helpful information and good communication.

Thanks very much Lisa and Julian. We loved staying with you. The house is absolutely perfect! Totally cozy, super new, extremely clean (and I really have a mold about this) and very nicely decorated. We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. The host and her friend who gave us a warm welcome were very kind and hospitable . I recommend this apartment for its exceptional cleanliness. Full kitchen equipment I'm sure there's nothing missing Plus attention to detail to make everyone feel special . Private parking Underground garage 2m high. I was a bus with my family, so it's an important point for me. Good location Close to shop and bakery . I recommend this place with a clear conscience. I will definitely use this apartment again when I'm in the area.

We had a great time in Dagmar and Burkhard's apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and the apartment is very nice and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is very quiet and it is still only a 2-minute walk to the train station and the lake. Fully recommended.

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break
