The house is situated on a spacious 440 m² plot! The forest house is located in a villa park in a beautiful green recreation area, on the edge of the Pagnevaart forest in West Brabant. Next to the park is Europe's largest water park: Splesj. Within a half-hour drive of the park are no fewer than 16 swimming pools and 4 natural swimming areas!

You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Spacious studio in an attractive farmhouse

Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural setting on a quiet road in the outskirts of Roosendaal. On the 1st floor, there is a spacious living room, an open kitchen with dining area, a double bed and two single beds on the loft. On the ground floor are the toilet and the bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. You have a private front door, you can park at the door and you can sit outside. There is a large trampoline, playhouses, playing field and we have goats, rabbits and chickens.

This lovingly furnished studio with its own entrance is suitable for a stay for two. The studio is also available for a longer term. The guest house is in a green recreation area. You will find the historic Oudenbosch and Hoeven 2 km away, and in 20 minutes you will be in the centre of Burgundian Breda with plenty of restaurants. In addition to a king-size bed and a nice seat, the studio offers a beautiful green backyard where you can stay privately plus a small terrace at the front.
