The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

Relaxing, cycling, hiking, mountain biking with a modern furnished house with large garden in the woods as a starting point: also wood stove, nice sofa, a modern TV, Blu-ray player + movie collection. A spacious walk-in shower, a kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator are available as well as a large double bed and a bunk bed. Recently redecorated. A massage table is also available and bicycle storage. The village of Zelhem is 3 km away with shops, supermarkets and fine restaurants.

Wolfers Cottage is een Tiny House gelegen aan de rand van het bos nabij landgoed Het Zand Hattemer Oldenburger gelegen in de Achterhoek tussen Ruurlo, Zelhem, Halle en Hengelo Gld. De omgeving is rustig en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers met het karakteristieke coulissen landschap met veel afwisseling. De ruime bospaden nodigen uit voor wandelingen en fietstochten naar bijvoorbeeld Ruurlo met het kasteel, waarin het museum voor Modern Realisme MORE is gevestigd met de collectie van Karel Willink.

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

Located in a small-scale forest park, directly on the Pieterpad and Landgoed 't Zand. A 375-hectare nature reserve with mainly forest, interspersed with heath, fens and sandy paths in Zelhem, the Green Heart of the Achterhoek. The perfect base for an adventurous hiking or cycling holiday or just nothing at all.

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a bed 1.80 wide with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of about 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. Other than that, there are no general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is located against a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed to put away 2 bicycles.
