Enjoy the tranquility at the gates of Brussels. New apartment with its own entrance, in a house renovated in 2022, in a quiet and green setting. Close to the Sonian Forest and the Château de la Hulpe for wonderful walks, and less than 30 minutes from Brussels (easy access to 3 train stations). Bright one-bedroom apartment with an en-suite shower room. Separate toilet, living room with a new fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and TV. Easy access to local shops and the center of Hoeilaart.

My independent home is ideally located. Green, quiet and in the immediate vicinity of the train station(30 minutes to the centre of Brussels, 20 minutes to Charleroi). A stone's throw from the Lion of Waterloo. A few shops, including 2 Delhaize, are a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Parking is easy and free. The area has charming towns such as Nivelles(5 min), Waterloo( 8 min), Ittre (10 min). The small garden for smokers is a plus!

Totally privatized (entrance, parking, garden, terrace), without vis-a-vis your privacy will be respected.

Nice and quiet atmosphere, perfect for working or resting. In the countryside and very close to Brussels’ Grand Place (20 km), Louvain-La-Neuve (15km) or Waterloo (6 km). Just a few minutes drive away from Genval Station.

In the heart of Waterloo, a superb 75m2 flat for 4 people. Completely renovated. It occupies the entire ground floor of our house. It has its own private garden, surrounded by greenery. A BBQ is available on request. It is 800m from the station and a 20-minute walk from the centre. The Lion of Waterloo and its new museum are 10 minutes away. Free parking is available in the street.
