Airfryer, Micro, kokplatta, brödrost, vattenkokare etc Det finns busshållsplats ca 100m från boendet. Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein großzügiges Badezimmer mit WC, Duschkabine, Waschtisch, Waschmaschine mit Trockener und Handtuchheizkörper. Die große Wohn/Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die gemütliche Sitzgruppe mit Kamin und TV lädt zum verweilen ein. Möblierte Terrasse.

Stuga med endast 15 steg från sjön Hemsjön. Sjön som är en klarvattensjö bjuder på vacker natur och i sjön simmar stor öring och röding, men även gädda och abborre. Stugan har alla bekvämligheter såsom förbränningstoalett,wifi,induktionshäll,kyl och frys,dusch värmepump,ac och en braskamin. Stugan har en dubbelsäng på loftet och en bäddsoffa i allrummet.Här kan ni njuta av tystnaden ute på sjön eller från den stora altanen.Möjlighet att hyra båt vi har oxå en kajak för uthyrning .

Slappna av i detta lugna boende vackert beläget med fin utsikt vid älven Ljungan. Privat brygga som man kan ta ett morgondopp vid. Två SUP med flytvästar finns också att låna. Endast ca 1km från Matfors centrum där det finns butiker, restauranger etc. Stora altaner och trädgård för relax. Det går också utmärkt att fiska direkt från bryggan (det krävs fiskelicens om man är över 15 år) Endast 12 km till nedre Ljungans fina älvfiske (Lax, Havsöring , Harr m.m)
