Bathing area can also be found close to the cabin. Car road all the way to the cabin during summer time. In winter time it is about 3 km from parking to the cabin. Stylish and cozy funkish cottage built in 2019. The cottage is located right by the Hallingdalselva river,just 2 km from the center of Ål. High and low climbing park is only 300m away, and about 500m away is Strandafjorden swimming area! Ål ski center is 8 km and to Geilo only 23 km. Hemsedal ski center is 56 km from the cabin. Hardangervidda about 35 km. On the mountains around, you can pick and choose from amazing ski slopes in winter and walking paths in the summer! The activity opportunities are just as good both winter and summer!

Idyllic annex in scenic surroundings, with stunning views of Hallingdal. The annex is located by itself on the outskirts of farm. Great hiking possibilities in both summer and winter. Distance to Solseter with marked trails is 1 km. Golsfjellet is a mile away. The cabin consists of kitchen with wood stove +2 hot plates, bathroom with shower cubicle and earth toilet, loft and living room with double sofa bed. Heated with wood and electricity. It is possible to rent bed linen for 75 kr per set. Private parking outside the cabin.

Our newly built "sleeping box" is teikna and built by the inexpensive architects in OPAFORM, Espen Folgerø and Marina Bauer, and stands on the 2nd floor in a empty grain barn from 1850 with airy views of Strandavatnet. The box has a 1.80 double bed, but it can put in an extra mattress or cot if needed. In the barn that is located in the building next door, a kitchen, bathroom and toilet have been built. We offer a large double bed (king size). In addition, we can add an extra bed and/or baby bed if needed.

Behind the house (20 metres) you'll find the river Hallingdalselva, where you can fish for trouts. You may borrow a canoe or a small rowing boat. Koselig kårstue på gård. Huset er bygget i 1905 og har interiør fra århundreskiftet til ca 1970. Store, lyse og luftige soverom i 2.etasje. Kjøkken og stue med vedovn og kamin i 1.etasje. Huset ligger like ved Hallingdalselva med flotte bade- og fiskemuligheter. Du kan låne robåt eller kanoer. Vi snakker norsk, engelsk og spansk.

Our cabin was renovated and rebuilt in the fall of 2022 and we could warmly welcome you and your travel companions! The cabin contains three bedrooms with double beds in addition to the loft/loft with double sofa bed. Large bathroom with washer/dryer and well equipped Kitchen. In the loft there is a TV that is connected to broadband, so you can stream what you want to see. Large porch with outdoor furniture and fire pit. Possibility to charge EV.
