Søbreds cottage in Rebild, Hornum lake

The house is located on the banks of Hornum Lake on private grounds along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from private beach and fishing opportunity from the lake shore as well as a fire pit. There is a bathroom with a toilet and sink, and a shower takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hot plates, fridge with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to the following day at 10 am. There is a heat pump soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember bed linens,😀 and towels and pets are welcome, just not in the furniture.

”Lille-Haven” is the place if you like to stay close to everything, but with nature right outside the door. The house is located on a gravel road, surrounded by a little forest, outside the windows are grazing cows. 200 m to bus connection (Aalborg-Sæby-Frederikshavn), 8 km to beach (Sæby). Skagen 60 km. Fårup Sommerland 50 km. Voergård Castle 9 km, Voer Å - canoe rental 9 km. The house is animal and smoke-free, built in 2014 and decorated bright and delicious with all modern amenities. Our newly built guesthouse is located in beautiful surroundings overlooking the forest and lake, close to the North Sea and Fårup. The family rooms have a private toilet/bath and have direct access to the terrace. The double rooms have a French balcony and are located on the 1st floor and have their own toilet/bath on the ground floor. Rooms share a large shared kitchen. All rooms have views of fields and forests. The guesthouse is located on a farm, we have various animals and a pottery workshop you can visit.

Lovely bright cottage with NICE GARDEN VIEW. Renovated (2011/2022) wooden house of 68 sqm. 2023 new kitchen 2023 enjoy large window section facing the sea. REMEMBER to bring your own sheets , bed linen and towels - there are duvets and pillows. Living room and kitchen with lovely dining area with sea view, freezer. Terraces on all sides of the house. Close to nice beach. PLEASE NOTE : it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the summerhouse installations due to fire. There is no rent to youth groups.

Many nice terrace free from wind and neighbors There’s room for hole family and nice light and nature coming via the huge windows. Everything inside house are very good quality. Nice bathroom with spa for 1-2 persons, 13m2 Activity-room. Playground and minigolf only 100m away..... Price incl electricity, water, heating etc.
