On the 1st floor of our house we offer an apartment of about 28 m². Up there, a staircase must be used. In addition to TV, there are also games and books available in the living area. In addition to the nearby highway connection, the outskirts of the house offer good opportunities for cycling and hiking, e.g. to the neighboring wildlife park.

The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The apartment is on the back of the house with a cozy terrace overlooking meadows and fields. The terrace invites you to relax and barbecue.
