Eine abwechslungsreiche Umgebung mit Bächen, Seen laden zu Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein. Naturverbundenheit und Nachhaltigkeit sind uns ein besonderes Anliegen. Die Wohnung ca. 100m2 (4 Zi.KDB) befindet sich im 1. OG in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus. Speziell eingerichteter Arbeitsplatz. Im historischen Ortskern von Haltern sind die vielen gemütlichen Lokale und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kirchplatz und die Fußgängerzone vorm Haus locken zum Marktbesuch und bei gutem Wetter zu Eis, leckeren Gerichten und Drinks. Die Umgebung kann zu Fuß oder per Rad erkundet werden. Ladestation für Fahrräder am Marktplatz Tiere nicht erlaubt.

The apartment "Haardpromenade" is located in Marl-Sinsen in the immediate vicinity of the Haard, a large landscape conservation area on the northern edge of the Ruhr area. Not far from the apartment is the Waldpromenade, an interesting hiking trail with many attractions! This hiking trail, which gave our apartment its name, wants to make nature accessible to hikers without disturbing natural spaces! The Haard is also ideal for great bike tours. A Netto supermarket is about 7 minutes' walk.

Our apartment in the beautiful district of Sythen-Lehmbraken, the city of Haltern am See. In Sythen you will find everything your vacationer's heart needs, from a supermarket and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream parlor. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always well-attended Silbersee with its gastronomy is within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is 2 km from our apartment.

Within walking distance there is everything you need, in Haltern's beautiful old town with all the cafes, bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
