“The place is so well organised for hosting. Pippa goes to extra lenghts to acomodate your needs. The shortcut to the main street makes it easy to pop in to town. The room was neat, with all I needed. Beautiful comfortable large bed, so cost. Very clean house and well organised. Thank you Pippa for having me!”
I have a mid twentieth century house with large windows, full of light. It's on the edge of Totnes, with the sound of sheep grazing and with wonderful views over Totnes itself and on to Dartmoor. There are wonderful sunsets to be seen and you can sit on the bench outside to admire them from the garden. I am into healthy nutrition and aim to provide my guests with delicious but healthy food. I'm also able to give plenty of suggestions for places to go and things to do in and around the area.
“As mentioned In Sally’s description, this is on the far edge of town at the top of the hill, but does offer a quiet and safe base to stay with good views of Totnes Castle and church. A good night sleep was had with a comfy bed and a nice touch of fresh lavender placed in the room. Very good value for money, and we left Totnes having made a lovely new friend.”
Newly built wooden cabin, wholly self-contained with 24hr access, beautifully fitted and furnished and set in secluded back garden for guest use only. Free driveway parking! Fully insulated and heated, with own patio, this compact open-plan studio sleeps two on easy-access sofa bed and has a cleverly designed kitchen area and separate shower room. Tucked away in a quiet street with views over the hills, it's hard to believe main high street and river walks are less than a 10-minute walk away.
“This was our first time in a tiny home and we truly loved it. Located in the heart of Totnes we found the location to be the perfect hub to visit the South Hams of Devon. Parking was also included on the premises. Although small the cabin was really comfortable for two adults. In addition it was full of amenities including heating, hot water and a comfortable sofa bed. The host, Nicky was a pleasure to meet. She made sure we had all the necessities that we might have required during our stay. Overall a great stay. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Totnes and the surrounding areas.”
