We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

This is a beautiful condo in a gated community overlooking Cherokee lake. It’s amazingly peaceful and serene with beautiful views of the lake, mountains and lake life. Yet, there are lots of fun things to do, like boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, biking, golf and disc golf to name a few. There is a pool onsite and a marina right next door. You are surrounded by great local restaurants and Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains are within easy driving distance.

Our beautiful 4br lake house is ideal for families looking for a fun lake experience, and great indoor/outdoor spaces. It's located on Cherokee Lake in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, and sleeps 12. Keep your boat and water toys at the private dock, and enjoy the fire pit overlooking the water! There is a full-sized and stocked kitchen, double deck and porch area, and plenty of parking for your cars and boat trailers. Note: The driveway is STEEP, but safe :)

In the main living room, there is room for hanging out, playing board games, streaming your shows on the Firesticks, or reading a book curled up on the couch with a cup of hot chocolate and a fuzzy throw. . If you all want to go out and explore, you are within 5 min of the AMC theater, entertainment, dining, shopping, parks and downtown.

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.
