Surrounded by greenery: Our vacation & wooden house surrounded by the small pony farm. The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

Willkommen in unserem charmanten norddeutschen Brick-Haus mit roten Ziegeln. Die 70 qm große Einliegerwohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss. Unser Einfamilienhaus bietet eine perfekte Balance zwischen Privatsphäre und Gastfreundschaft, da wir mit unserer Familie im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Das Grundstück liegt etwas zurück von der Straße, was für ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre sorgt. U-Bahn U1 oder RB 81. Unser Preis ist inklusive der Tourismus-Tax, sodass du keine zusätzlichen Kosten hast.

This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room. One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed. The apartment is still active gallery, with 3 terrace doors leading to a terrace with space to eat and relax. The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

Romantic apartment in a quiet location

The apartment was newly renovated/redesigned in 2023. In the past, this heritage-protected building was a stable. As a result, the building has a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can go for a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Train station available. Looking forward to seeing you soon

Welcome to the beautiful suburbs of the Elbe. Our house is surrounded by greenery, within walking distance of the Elbe and the botanical garden, and yet you can reach the main train station by S-Bahn within 20 minutes. We rent a bright and friendly self-contained apartment in the attic of our old house. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook comfortably in the evening. In good weather, you can relax in our garden or stroll through the nearby parks or along the Elbe.

Private, well-connected apartment

The property consists of 2 separate rooms, a shower room and a large laundry room in the basement of a family house. In the first room there is a bed (160 x 200). If requested, we can set up another bed (100 x 200) in the bedroom for €25.00 per night. In the second room there is a sofa, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and kettle, egg cooker, sandwich maker. Separate entrance, garden, free parking spaces in front of the entrance. Internet.
