Monthly Rentals in Hamilton County

We loved our stay at David and Joanna's place! The apartment is truly spacious and the natural lighting is amazing which is a huge plus for us. The apartment was very clean when we arrived with no issues during the stay and the internet is super speedy which is great because we both work from home and had no issues. David and Joanna are also very thoughtful hosts and even shoveled the sidewalks when it snowed during our visit. The one small con is that the sound travels very easily between the apartment and the main house above. This wasn't an issue for us since we had similar waking/sleeping hours but if you're sensitive to sound, it's something to consider. Overall a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend!

This is the second time my husband and I rented this Airbnb and just like the first time we stayed there, everything was fantastic. It's a fairly large place and we didn't need all three bedrooms this time around, but we liked it so much, we decided to stay there again, anyway. It's walkable (although hilly) to Walgreen's, Publix, Coolidge Park and Frasier Street. Parking is easy and there's also a garage you can use. The place was immaculate, and the kitchen is well stocked. It even has plenty of spices. The bed is exceptionally comfy and the ensuite bathroom is huge. I really have no complaints, whatsoever. Highly recommend this place.

Just a quick one night stay here to do trail race in Signal Mountain. First time staying in a tiny house and it was perfect - had everything we needed - comfy bed, toaster oven, Nespresso, all bathroom amenities. Easy to find and convenient for our purpose. Would stay again for sure!

We stayed here during a difficult time. It was private, nice neighborhood, and a short drive to downtown. The host was very accommodating and supportive. It was cute, clean, and lots of extras especially convenient washer and dryer. We would recommend it.
