Welcome, Bienvenue & Welcome to my parents' house. The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a three-party house in Stade Kopenkamp with 2 sides of views over rooftops & treetops, quiet yet central. Whether the beautiful old town or the nearby idyllic lake, everything is within walking distance, also the train station & supermarket in about 13 minutes' walk. The charming old building apartment, newly renovated, is ideal for two or three. A sofa bed offers an additional sleeping space.

The sunny apartment with balcony, on the 2nd floor, is located in the middle of Himmelpforten. The train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot, as well as the bakery and shopping. By train you are in 11 minutes in the center of Stade and in 70 minutes at Hamburg Central Station. Cuxhaven is also only about 40 minutes away. A monitor can be used for working. You have the option to charge your electric car directly at the parking lot. Only the current electricity rate will be charged.

Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, a quarter of an hour to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk, yet the apartment and kitchen are state-of-the-art equipped (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher, etc.).

An optimal place to relax. Krautsand is about 4 km away and has a beautiful sandy beach. Just outside the door you will find the Elberadweg where you can take great tours by bike or on foot. Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.
