There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 m to the dock, a motorboat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running loop around Björsund. Welcome to Ängslyckan! The house has a large lot with an adjacent soccer field. 300 meters down to the jetty on Lake Mälaren. Glassed-in sunroom and large deck with seating area and sunbed. The sun shines here all day long. Adjacent to the deck is the playhouse with a 120 cm bed and toys. On the property, there is a buddy swing, as well as apple trees and cherry trees. Access to a rowboat in the summer for a wonderful day on the lake. About 2-3 km away is Sandviksbadet with a sandy beach. About 20 km to Ica Maxi in Eskilstuna.
