This is a beautiful place , very homey. The place is spotless. It is so nice that they have little snacks out, especially when first arriving after a long trip. The owners communicate promptly with any questions. It has been a wonderful place to be our temporary home away from home whenever we visit the area.

Where do we start? Communication leading up to and during our stay was wonderful! Anything you could possibly need was readily available, down to the jerk sauce in the fridge. Lol. We always purchase our own cleaning products anywhere we stay and this was the 1st time we used none of it. Down to cups and even the beverages left for us. The home was so welcoming and comfortable that we slept longer than we intended to and missed an activity we planned for. Lol. This was a spectacular AirBNB experience! We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. A 10/10 experience by far.

Stacy’s place was exactly as described and presented in the photos. I immediately felt right at home. The backyard is lovely. The kitchen was great to use, and Stacy generously left snacks and treats for me and my dog. Definitely a lovely respite and offered the peace and quiet that I needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was extremely clean! There were basic necessities provided. It also had a cute, fashionable interior design. The shower and bedrooms were nice. We liked the layout of this property. Our only issue was that either the heater in the master bedroom wasn't working, or we couldn't figure out how to use it.

My friend and I had a lovely two-night stay at Julie's place. The house is the perfect retreat—peaceful, cozy, and beautifully located. We especially enjoyed the evenings by the wood-burning stove and long, leisurely breakfasts on the porch while listening to the river. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality pillows and bedding—we both slept so well! I would definitely love to come back someday with my husband to enjoy the peace and quiet, as well as everything else the Berkshires has to offer. Thanks for a great one-night stay at your beautiful home. We got to celebrate Easter here on our way to the Boston Marathon 2025! The home was quiet, clean, and in a beautiful location. It was very comfortable, and it had everything one would need from sheets, towels, fully stocked kitchen etc. We wished we could've stayed longer!

Katrina was an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and hospitable throughout our stay. When we requested an iron and steamer, she promptly provided them, which was so thoughtful. On top of that, she proactively put ice on the property’s steps during a snowy Saturday to prevent any accidents—such a considerate touch! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Katrina’s attention to detail and care for her guests really stood out. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent layout, especially as we were travelling with dogs. The yard is securely fenced (check the gates!) and is accessible from the kitchen. Bedrooms comfortable and spacious. Quiet, interesting residential area; good for walks.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Michelle’s place. We woke to 8 inches of snow in April, so made good use of the fireplace. We enjoyed exploring the area, found several fun places to ride our mountain bikes and showed our daughter another part of Massachusetts away from her college.

Jessi's place was exactly as described. It was cute and cozy and perfect for what we needed. Jessi responded to any questions quickly and was very clear in any and all instructions. The neighborhood was peaceful and the house was very easy to find. We will definitely be staying again!

This place is bright with lots of natural light. Well equipped with very nice sun room and patio. Close to Old Sturbridge Village where the Christmas show was excellent. We had a relaxing and cozy dinner at the Duck. Gwendolyn was a gracious host keenly attentive to our arrival, weather, comfort and more. You will enjoy the cottage.

Exactly as advertised, bright comfortable surroundings with beautiful yard! Very convenient location to city center and to events that we were attending!

Extremely clean and peaceful place. Very cute and cozy set up as well! Denise and John are excellent hosts. Upon leaving, our car unfortunately got stuck a mile out from the house in some deep snow. John saved the day and immediately came to the rescue to tow us out. His kindness and quick response saved me a lot of stress. Highly recommend John and Denise for their exceptional hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile!

My fiancé and I celebrated our mini honeymoon here, the only thing we wish we would’ve done was rent it for longer. It is the perfect getaway. The views are breathtaking, romantic, and just heavenly! The house is not too far from restaurants and local grocery stores which is convenient. The town overall is just dreamy. Natasha, was very responsive and went above and beyond. I forgot my custom wedding robe with my new last name and she was nice enough to mail it without hesitation. Such a great experience and we will be back, for sure!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, spacious, and clean home. We spent hours by the fire when the weather was chilly, and explored the wooded property when the weather warmed up. Close to Sturbridge Village and restaurants. Quality beds with crisp sheets and plenty of blankets. Well-stocked kitchen. Gail was welcoming and always quick to respond.

We have stayed here twice this year. Helen was a responsive host. Her house offers cozy hang out spaces, very comfortable beds, and a unique layout. We enjoyed the super clean hot tub, the ease of entering and locking the home, and the fact that it is pet friendly. It felt like a private retreat for my family to meet up close to UMass. I would love to go back there again!

Nicole’s place is so Cozy and in such an amazing location. She was an incredible Host and we can’t wait to be back !

Good For Quiet and Cozy..Book Writing .. Studying and Get Away From Noisy City Traffic

Wow! My group of 7 humans + one pup had a great stay for two nights at Lynn’s place. The house had more than enough room for us to spread out, but also plenty of spaces for gathering together. Everything was perfect. The beds were large and comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the bathrooms were *very* well stocked with tons of extra towels (I’ve rarely seen this happen in my many Airbnb stays!). There were even charging cords of every kind left around the bedrooms and in the kitchen, making it easy to charge our phones without having to dig out our own cords. The back yard was large and our dog enjoyed being able to roam and lay alongside us on the deck. Just, a wonderful stay. Would come again! Thanks so much!

A peaceful location with chill activities for all ages...we enjoyed the phonograph, the retro Atari, the hot tub, the window bird feeder, and watching birds in the spacious yard and conservation area. Herons, hawks, and songbirds viewed. The hot tub was sparkling clean, and the linen robes were a thoughtful touch. Wifi worked great. We arrived late but instructions for entry were crystal clear. Virginia answered my questions promptly and warmly. Definitely a winner.

Matt’s place was perfect for our girls weekend! The location is fantastic - super quiet, scenic and his house is well stocked with all the essentials so you have everything you need. He was super responsive and flexible and we had a wonderful time.
