Apartment vacation rentals in Hampden County

Stayed at Norma and Pablo’s place for one day, to attend an event at UMass Amherst which was about 30 min away. Comvenient location, with stores, coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with all necessities provided. Most of all, we appreciated hosts’ flexibility with check-in. We were travelling with an infant and needed much earlier check-in, to get much needed rest. Pablo and Norma made sure we were able to get in early which made our trip much easier than anticipated: this was greatly appreciated!

The host was very friendly and responsive. She gave great recommendations for places to go while I was in town. The listing looked exactly like the photos. I appreciated the security of the stay with multiple safety measures in place. I would highly recommend staying here!

Josh's place is even better than pictured. It's a very tastefully appointed apartment with furniture and artwork that elevate the experience and add to the overall quality of the stay. Excellent location, very walkable and quiet at the same time. Josh is a very responsive host who takes his role as host very seriously and addresses needs and questions very quickly and clearly. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This apartment was very clean, not cluttered, in an absolutely lovely neighborhood, and was very comfortable. We walked into town, had great parking, and the neighborhood was quiet. The only thing I would note is that the stairs into the apartment are quite steep, which makes sense since it is an old house. Just something to think about if you have any mobility issues. I would happily stay here again!

This apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Devon was friendly, helpful, and always responsive. Northampton is a beautiful city to visit.

The apartment was great! We stayed there for two weeks with a family of four. There was a lot of space in the apartment and it was very cosy. The house itself is old, so you can sometimes hear the host upstairs. Otherwise it is totally calm and you can hear the birds. The apartment was within easy walking distance to the centre. Jess was an amazing host from checkin to checkout. We’d definitely book again. We loved it!

We had a calm and super quiet overnight in Amherst (even saw a fox in the neighborhood)— Eva was very responsive and even alerted me when our car’s lights were still on! I will also say that each room has an individual heater and needs to be turned on during winter when it can be quite chilly. Otherwise, the place is as described.

This is a beautiful place. It's very clean and beautifully furnished. I entered to find fresh baked cookies and a friendly note. It's a quiet spot in Amherst, but only a short drive to downtown. I would definitely stay again.

The house was wonderful -- one of the absolute best we have stayed in -- and Laura was an incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful host. The place was absolutely spotless and it was so easy to feel right at home. Plus Laura had so many thoughtful touches and amenities that made the house welcoming and incredibly simple to use which made our stay relaxing and stress-free. And Laura kindly left lots of local recommendations which were spot-on and helped us explore the town. Also, we are a family of cooks and, while we didn't get to do much cooking on this trip, the kitchen was perfectly appointed with everything necessary for preparing great meals and we will look forward to doing more cooking on our next trip. I give Laura and her lovely home the highest recommendation and we look forward to returning and exploring more of Easthampton.

Jacqueline's place is terrific -- perfect downtown location, bright, well-appointed, and comfortable, with nice design touches everywhere. She was a great host as well. Highly recommend.

Jeff & Mel’s place was beautiful, cozy and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in, with incredibly soft and snuggly linens. The couch could be easily adjusted into another sleeping option. The kitchen was well appointed and the coffee and tea options were abundant. The hosts were extremely friendly, thoughtful, flexible and easy to reach. We had a lovely time. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay for our visit to West Springfield. It had everything we needed and Vasily was super helpful with any questions and provided super clear instructions. 10/10 do recommend.

Had a great stay with Jane! Was an extremely cozy spot right next to downtown Northampton, making for a nice walk! I felt very safe and secure here. If you need a nice place to visit for the weekend or just want to explore Northampton, this is a great option! Would definitely stay again if needed :)

This is our 4th time staying with Sandra and it still is perfect! Very homey, fully equipped with all your needs plus some, easy parking, check and check out, comfy beds, this list goes on.. and Sandra is the best host ever!!!! Very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful place to stay in Amherst! Niels' suite was perfect for our group of 3. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the two en-suite bathrooms were well-equipped with toiletries, towels, and everything you'd need. The suite had gorgeous views of the surrounding area; although we encountered unusually cold temps and some rain, it would have been lovely to sit out on the deck and enjoy that view! But we were quite cozy inside :) Highly recommend if you are in the area - Niels' place is welcoming and very well designed for guests.

We have stayed here twice this year. Helen was a responsive host. Her house offers cozy hang out spaces, very comfortable beds, and a unique layout. We enjoyed the super clean hot tub, the ease of entering and locking the home, and the fact that it is pet friendly. It felt like a private retreat for my family to meet up close to UMass. I would love to go back there again!

This 2 bedroom guest suite is right across the street from Smith College and walkable to Northampton. I will stay there again if I'm back in the area. The host was very responsive.
