Vacation rentals with lake access in Hampton Bays

My family and I have rented several homes for vacation over the years, but this home is truly a special place. The property is gorgeous! The views are amazing, and we enjoyed spending many hours taking it all in. Lots of wildlife to observe and the private hiking trail was a great bonus. The house itself was wonderful…a unique mix of history, art, music, and modern technology. Everything was high-end and excellent quality. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable we have ever slept in away from home. The house was extremely clean and had everything you would ever need and plenty of it. We have never seen a vacation house with so many extra linens, toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee, etc. We were so impressed! Hector is an exceptional host, friendly and responsive. His home is incredibly peaceful, a true sanctuary. We are so very grateful that we chose this house for our family vacation. Thank you, Hector!

Angela’s place was one of the best AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in! Absolutely beautiful surroundings and her home looks like it’s out of a magazine! In fact, I’ve already booked another week next month! Five stars ⭐️ across the board!

This is such a charming cottage. My favorite was that we sat out on the beautiful back deck and enjoyed a nice glass of wine and talking. We were very close to everything we had planned for the weekend. I hope we can stay here again! Absolutely loved it!

We needed a comfortable road trip stop with laundry, so this worked well for us. Just a little away from town on a quiet street. The beds were VERY firm, but we still slept fine, so if you need a soft bed you should be aware. Good stay overall!

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful condo the decor is spotless & the outdoor deck is a huge bonus. Watching the sunset or having coffee in the morning really lade the stay even more relaxing. I cant wait to go back. :)

Nice place exactly what the pictures show .. Super nice host.. but if you are looking for a quiet place. This place is definitely not it. You can hear every move and every sound from the people that live upstairs last night we spent a good few hours hearing a baby cry. Also they have the children’s toys such as a trampoline up against the window of the unityou do park on the street and the owner or tenants whoever lives upstairs parks in the driveways. it’s a very tight walk in between cars in the driveway because they do park a lot of cars in the driveway side-by-side.

Perfect place for our little family to stay while we visited my brother’s family. Easy to find, we were greeted by the host and even had some treats waiting inside. We had to cut our trip short due to my son getting sick, but would definitely stay here again.

My wife and daughter came in for a soccer tournament. Initially it was 4 of us and a dog but we changed it as one of my girls plans got cancelled. Aseem had no issue accommodating the change and refunded the difference. The place worked out great. Thank you.

Great communication. Great space. very beautiful home and outdoors. perfect if you have kids. We used the playground and grill. Very flexible, easy to reach and very friendly.

Our stay was great! It was the cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed in, hands down. Laura was amazing. I felt like she was my mom that had planned for me to come and stay. Everything from the snacks in the unit, to accommodating me with a ride to and from my classes down the street. Laura was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of. I really appreciated her attentiveness to our stay and needs. I would recommend this host and air bnb!

Ricardo’s place was truly incredible. It’s such a cozy, clean and convenient spot located in a very good area. Had everything you need and have a very home-like feel. I was visiting my girlfriend for our anniversary and the weather wasn’t the greatest outside but that didn’t bother us one bit. We were comfortable cooking and eating at home and we had everything to make that happen. Ricardo and his wife were so kind and flexible with us. We would love to come back in the summertime and fully enjoy their spot again because there are great views in the backyard by the water. Well worth the price of admission. We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is adorable, very clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Has a warm "homey" feel from the moment you walk inside. Big windows with lots of natural sunlight and views of the beautiful lake and landscape. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and sitting outside. Robert was a gracious host... very friendly and had excellent communication throughout. We're very happy to have found this place and would definitely stay there again!

This was our 4th year staying here. It was perfect as always. Thank you to Deborah for sharing this wonderful cottage. It feels like our home away from home. The best sunsets can be seen from the deck!!!

Deb’s place was very peaceful, comfortable, and well appointed. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed the interesting decor and personal style. It felt like staying in your own bed and breakfast. There were so many places to relax, and the front and back porches were so welcoming. The location can’t be beat if you want to check out the local wineries, farmstands, and great restaurants. An easy walk across the street to Peconic Bay, you can see from the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need for cooking. Short ride to markets, farmstands, and Love Lane for shops and restaurants, about 20 minutes to Greenport.

This tiny, cozy space was exactly what we needed for an overnight place to relax and sleep, with a kitchen for us to make our coffee in the morning. We also felt we would have been quite comfortable there if we had needed to stay for a few days. The host was kind, responsive, friendly, respectful, and genuine. We will definitely stay here again.
