J was a great host and made me feel at home. I was a little confused about getting there and where to park. When he says "park next to the blue house", he meant parallel park along the grove of trees that are on the edge of the property of the blue house. The blue house faces the main highway. Also, I think the house number was labelled incorrectly, so definitely double check on that. Once I got to the house, I was fine, however.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rick and Christi's Airbnb. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway, with direct access to the beautiful sandy beaches of Chesapeake Bay. Whether you’re into water activities, fishing, or just taking quiet walks around the serene neighborhood, this place has it all. One thing to note is that this spot is not for those seeking nearby restaurants or bars because there aren’t any in the vicinity—and that’s exactly what makes it so special. It’s a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Our family, including my wife and 14-year-old child, thoroughly enjoyed our time here. But what truly sets this place apart is the warm and friendly hospitality from Christi. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A lovely touch was the fresh jalapeño pepper she gave us, which we’re still using in our meals. Thank you, Christi and Rick, for making our vacation memorable.

Our family had a great time at Catherine's place. It's a quick 5-7 minute drive to historic Cape Charles with shops and dining and also the beach. The house had a cute, beachy decor with little areas like the game room and the back sun porch where our family could spread out when needed. The kitchen had everything we needed ...there is great local seafood nearby so we did a big dinner one night. Besides going into Cape Charles, we enjoyed a morning at Kiptopeke State park which is about 10 minutes away. They have bikes and kayaks to rent as well as a nice beach area. This house was perfect for exploring the Eastern Shore of Va!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Stay with Christina – A Wonderful Host! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Christina’s Airbnb, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, Christina’s warm hospitality made me feel right at home. She was incredibly responsive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. It’s clear that Christina puts a lot of care into maintaining a welcoming and cozy environment. The bed was super comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the little extra touches, like [mention any special detail, e.g., fresh flowers, snacks, local recommendations], truly made a difference. One of the highlights of my stay was Christina’s attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond!

The house “Nana’s Place” is located in the maritime forest that is a 5 minute walk to the Beach. It does require a 4x4 or AWD vehicle to get to the house, as it is a ten mile drive up the beach to get to. We did see one wild horse on the drive in and there is evidence of more all around the area. While there, we spent a majority of the time with the sliding doors open or sitting in the screened in porch so we could hear the sound of the beach. It was not uncommon to find tree frogs around the house, so be sure to check the doors before closing them There is only well water in the house, so fresh water must be brought. Nik has provided a dispenser in the house for 5 gallon jugs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the house. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. Parking passes for the beach are provided, but since the house is so close we ended up walking to the beach every time. The experience of driving on the beach is a one of a kind!

We were in town to visit with and host family and had a fantastic stay. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, secure, and in a good location. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and enjoy one another’s company. The bedroom on the ground floor was critical for one of our older family members and the newly renovated bathroom on the ground floor was lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook and entertain, making it perfect for our group during the holidays. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!
