This was once a doctor’s home and practice. Renovated and converted in 2020 into a living space, we have retained the charm and quirks of its location. When renting this property, you will also have access in the basement to an indoor pool and sauna. We have extensive experience with Muslim guests.

Vacation on the edge of the southern heath to relax and slow down. The beautiful in-law, with cozy furnishings in our residential building, is located on the upper floor and from there you have a great view, as our house with large property is in a secluded location. Here there are many tall trees and beautiful corners to linger and recharge. Nature right outside the door is ideal for hiking or cycling. If you want a bit of hustle and bustle, go to Celle, Gifhorn or Uelzen.

The apartment offered is on the upper floor of a detached house in Schwienau, near Uelzen, Hundertwasser train station, Heide Park Soltau, Lüneburg and Hamburg are easily accessible. An open staircase leads to a kitchen with seating, a living room with sofa bed, Wi-Fi and TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. This total of 44 m² was newly renovated in 2021. Bathrooms with shower tub are available for up to 3 guests. A washing machine and dryer can be used.

In the immediate vicinity is the city of Uelzen with the famous Hundertwasserbahnhof as well as the spa town of Bad Bodenteich. Other attractions such as the Filmtierpark in Eschede and the Otterzentrum in Hankensbüttel are in the immediate vicinity.

The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
