The Barn is set in the courtyard of our 15th century House and within the backdrop of Bourne Abbey Church built in 1134. The Old Coach House is set within the grounds of Down Hall, which dates back to 1725. It has recently been totally refurbished (2024) to provide a stylish, detached holiday retreat. The cottage sits in a beautiful rural setting on the outskirts of the pretty village of Rippingale. It is a 5 minutes drive to the market town of Bourne and 25 minutes from the stunning Georgian town of Stamford. It is also an ideal base to see the rest of the UK, being situated in the heart of England.

The Lambing Shed

Our property is nestled in a small hamlet in the Lincolnshire countryside. The Lambing Shed forms part of our own home but you will have your own separate entrance. The accommodation consists of a double room with an en-suite with a walk-in shower, as well as a sitting room with a fully-equipped kitchenette. You have your own patio with furniture and also access to a shared garden with more seating areas for you to enjoy the peace and quiet of this part of Lincolnshire.

The Writer's Studio

Built as a writer's retreat, the Writer's Studio, sits in the grounds of a Georgian townhouse, in the heart of a traditional English village. A pub around the corner, village shop a few doors away and rolling countryside for walks are all you need for a relaxed break. 35 minutes from historic cathedral city of Lincoln and rail links to London, York & Edinburgh make it an ideal base for visitors to explore some of the best of the UK’s towns, cities and sights.

Set in the thriving village of Corby Glen and very close to Irnham, The Nest is located in a picturesque corner of the village with private access and is a detached building with it's own private courtyard. The boutique room is full of all the facilities you will need whilst giving you privacy and beautiful views of the countryside. Irnham Hall is just down the road from The Nest so it is ideally suited as wedding accommodation for guests.
