We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment on King David Street. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from the Old City, Mamilla, and so many of Jerusalem’s most historic and spiritual sites. The apartment was exactly as pictured: clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and full of charm. The kitchen had everything we needed and the view was a real bonus. The host was very responsive and helpful, offering great local tips and answering all our questions quickly. The building itself was quiet and secure — perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience Jerusalem in comfort and an unbeatable location.

Nice apartment in a new building, great location with free parking. A bit small for six guests, but manageable for a few days. The apartment's equipment is brand new, and everything looks exactly like the photos. We had a great time!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment in Jerusalem, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had found a peaceful oasis in the heart of a bustling city. The location is simply unbeatable—just a short stroll to the vibrant Machane Yehuda Market, where you can enjoy everything from delicious food to lively nightlife. Yet, despite being so central, the apartment itself is quiet and serene, tucked away in the charming Saidoff complex. The apartment was sparkling clean and thoughtfully designed, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable stay. The floral courtyard is breathtaking, and I loved starting my mornings on the private balcony, overlooking this little slice of paradise. I also took full advantage of the amenities! The pool and sauna were fantastic for unwinding after a day of exploring, and having access to a gym and private parking made everything so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again!

התקשורת עם יעקב היתה נהדרת, תמיד זמין ותמיד מענה, הבית היה נקי ומאובזר היטב, הכל באיכות מצויינת ומאוד נהנינו, היו כמה דברים קטנים שצריך לשפר: היו חסרות קפסולות לקפה היתה רק מכונה ללא קפסולות והיתה נזילה מתחת לכיור, המרפסת הקטנה לא היתה כל כך נקיה, וההוראות לגבי מפתח בשבת לא היו נכונות כי מה שקורה בפועל לא תאם לסרטון שנשלח אלינו אבל זה מתגמד לעומת הדברים הטובים ואני בטוחה שיעקב יטפל גם בדברים שציינתי כאן

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ,dans un cadre magnifique avec une vue splendide sur Jerusalem . L’endroit est calme , les propriétaires accueillants et chaleureux . Les commerçants et moyens de transport juste à côté de l’appartement ! Le tramway n’est pas très loin non plus . On a adoré ! Merci pour la gentillesse ,l’attention et la disponibilité des propriétaires !

Elinore was very accommodating and responsive. I had a layover for a flight with awkward check-in and checkout time and she made me feel right at home with a late check-out. She was very responsive and always available to reach out to. The place is like the photos, no hidden surprises. I was only there for one night but the bathroom was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the wifi and aircon worked flawlessly. Would reccomend. Oh and the massage chair is a great bonus

Me and my two boys (12 & 16 ) stayed at the apartment for two weeks in August. We enjoyed our stay very much. Me and the older used the bedrooms and the younger slept in the leaving room. Despite the central location , with restaurants just minutes away , it was very quiet during the night . The kitchen area was relatively small , however it was equipped with everything needed to cook and enjoy breakfast and dinner , we usually ate out for lunch. We enjoyed the roof top to watch the sunset and view the boats sailing away, during the day it was too hot to sit on the roof top . The pool was amazing in the mornings and evenings! Having the underground parking was great during hot summer days. Guy was available for our questions and quickly replied .

We really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to be on the beach. There was plenty of room for my 4 adult children. There apartment was equipped with everything we needed. We used to gym, hot tub and sauna almost everyday. I would love to stay there again.

Staying at Irene's place was comfortable and pleasing. Irene is so very nice and responsive. There was an issue with a water drip from the ceiling which could not be helped during our stay. Irene answered any questions we had and made sure to provide extra items we needed on short notice. Everything was as described. The neighborhood and neighbors are nice and the pool was a perfect addition. The location is great for getting around the Sharon area towns without too much traffic.

Yaniv was an excellent host. He was prompt to answer any questions. The location is incredible with an absolutely breathtaking view of the city. The building amenities were unique and a great added benefit. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fabulous experience with our stay in this apt. It is fully equipped with useful items for the beach and pool, and with supplies for children (baby bath tub, crib, bed rail, hi chair, infant bounce seat). This is a beautifully furnished and clean apt. Sarah and Elad were incredibly responsive and helpful.

This is a special place to stay. Bright, comfortable, a big deck with beautiful views and sunsets. The location to the beach and restaurants is a bonus. Avital assists Dror and she is friendly and very responsive. Thank you! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Michal is a wonderful host — warm, welcoming, and attentive. We had a fantastic time staying at his place. We're a family of five with three young children, and the space was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Keren is a wonderful host: she responds quickly to questions, is proactive and helpful and she left us a nice welcome food package (she even asked what type of milk we drink and left two cartons of it in the fridge!). The house is beautiful with a lovely garden, the kitchen well equipped, the living spaces are bright and spacious. Thank you Keren, we will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Zipi's place. The house and the garden are beautiful. The area is quiet and relaxing. Zipi was a wonderful host. She was very helpful and recommend about things to do. Our stay at her place was the highlight of our trip. Thank you Zipi.

Hemi's house has such a good energy. Spotless clean and was very orginaized to all of my needs. Had a really good time, the garden is really peacfull! House is located 7 minutes walk from the beach which was super comfortable. Thank you for everything!

This is beyond perfect if you happen to be studying at the Hartman Institute. It's also ideal for families with kids - our twins loved the bunk beds (with trundle option!) - including washer/dryer, spaciousness for indoor play, and proximity to parks in all directions. We loved spending 3+ weeks in this beautiful home.
