“Perfect quaint Chalet! Very clean and a stones throw from Lake Emmit(maybe a hundred feet away and you can see it beautifully. Did fall color sightseeing, pumpkin patch, and local eateries, but chalet comes with all the amenities. Dishes, stove, refrigerator, dryer, coffee pot, utensils, towels, soap etc. Only thing I would like to see different is maybe a 3 panel privacy fence to block off backyard on the side that faces the road where gas station is. Just to have more privacy for sitting around firepit it in back. Otherwise perfect place!”
Located on 46 acres with frontage on beautiful Lake Mitchell (connected to Lake Cadillac with channel). Double kayak available for use at no additional cost. Trails throughout acreage and adjacent National Forest available to walk, X-country ski, etc. Surrounded by undeveloped property with abundant wildlife (deer, fox, bear, eagles, etc.). Two horses on the property, with horse boarding and riding trails available upon request.
“Ron and Beth’s place is as comfortable as it gets. Having the privilege of being their first Airbnb guest, I can definitely say that you will not be disappointed when you book a stay at their place. The setting is beautiful and very relaxing with the trails and lake and calming presence of the setting in general . If you want a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life so that you can feel rejuvenated, then Ron and Beth’s place is definitely for you. Ron and Beth are there for you if any questions arise, are a very friendly couple and respond promptly when needed. I definitely enjoyed our stay there and will be looking forward too going back in the near future!”
