New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

De Noot: A green oasis on the outskirts of Groningen

The “De Noot” studio is fully equipped, tastefully and luxuriously furnished, and is located on the ground floor of a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of the city. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work, or to unwind. Two bicycles are available for guests. Public transit is within walking distance. Parking is free. There is a large green property with an orchard, a meadow with a pond (and benches), chickens, a rooster, sheep, and a friendly dog (stable).

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.
